The problem is the police and prosecutor who after a cursory investigation decided that the threat was real and that this kid should be made an example of. The woman, stupidly or not, was genuinely worried and acted on her concern to warn the authorities who...waited a whole month to do something and are still acting despite knowing it's just a kid saying something dumb in a game on the internet. The authorities are supposed to have more sense than to let this happen the way that it has. ...
Nope. Violent crime is actually going down. Hysteria about it is what's going up. And hysteria leads to stupid laws and overzealous prosecutors which leads to injustice and wastes of time and tax payer money just like this.
Supposedly Xbox One is having some yield problems that might constrain supplies in the holiday season. PS4 is pretty much all mature and off the shelf parts so it's likely they can produce them at a very fast rate.

It doesn't say anything about 30 first party exclusives. It just says exclusives. It doesn't even say Sony published exclusives. You know I don't have to try harder because I'm right. PS4 won't be handled any differently than PS3 in terms of getting exclusives and part of padding the quantity is not going AAA with all of it.
Deadrising 3 vs TLOU -> TLOU is a PS3 game. And they really play nothing alike despite TLOU having some item crafting and being 3rd person.

Easy. 30 exclusives includes like ten that are lower budget downloadable games and several are stuff like kart racers, Ratchet and Clank All 4 One, or Move Heroes.
Some people look past the weird little screen because they enjoy Zelda, Mariokart, Mario, Metroid etc. and like the downloadable gams on the E-shop. It's really not a bad console. It's overpriced given the specs, it has a weird gimmick controller to get used to, the games have been slow to come out since launch last fall, and third party seems to have backed away from it, but it's still where the Nintendo games are going to be and that's worth getting for a lot of people. Yes, if you give players the ability to make things some of them will make penis swastikas eventually. ALWAYS. Nobody knows why. They don't seem to like penises or NAZIs.
