The people who saw at BF4 runing on PS4 hardware at Gamescom didn't seem too scared of PS4's power. They said it looked worse than expected. Of course it hasn't shipped yet but...hype is just hype.
Honestly I haven't seen much of ANYBODY get excited about Ryse. I'm not sure that a roman sword brawler is all that exciting a product.

Saturn had shoulder buttons though (like Super NES controller) in both the big cheap-plastic-feeling US pack-in controller and the sleeker Japanese version. The Saturn Analog had triggers instead but they were still used like the shoulder buttons. Same with Dreamcast. And the Duke/S on Xbox which were essentially a double-stick (adding a right thumb stick) iteration of the Saturn Analog/Dreamcast design.

Yeah, I admit that I am starting to worry. And it seems like such a no-brainer too. Just make a really fast, twitchy game where you kill lots and lots of 'dumb as hell demons' and dead people, that pop out of monster closets, with crazy weapons with lots of smoke, fire, blood, and bones in it. Maybe have some destructible scenery and vehicles here and there to spice things up. Have some key cards and levels you can wander around in.

Ryse looks like a Roman Brawler action game that doesn't bother with the supernatural or monsters. I'm really just not interested in that at all whether it is good or not. If it were more of an rpg or a strategy then I might like it but as it...meh.
