It could, but for the reasons I listed. Don't be surprised if it doesn't.
Titanfall 2 doesn't have a fraction on the hype Titanfall 1 was carrying into launch.
Why should it sell better than the original Titanfall? What is your reasoning?
Because the 1st Titanfall was marketed and hyped to death by Microsoft, at a point where the Xbox One needed hype and didn't release around the 2 biggest selling titles of the year, it released in March with no other titles around it, only to have it's player base drop of a cliff a few months later. It being on Playstation is not automatically going to sell this title at this time of yea...

Honestly EA might be trying to sabotage the game to be able to purchase the IP in the future, since they don't own the IP.
This is how big corporations operate.
Seriously? Well regardless, they use one of them.
I can guarantee FF16 will be using whatever engine they are using for FF15 and FF7R, which will save alot of time.
Kingdom Hearts 3 has been in development for a really long time, just like FF15.
KH3 and FF15 were in development already for Xbox when they made this decision, obviously.
The only JRPG that has been announced for Xbox since then from them is the one that came with the FF15 demo, which is probably why they decided to. FF7R isn't even coming to Xbox.
When people don't buy games, games stop coming.
They did it to themselves.

Games getting downgraded (as crappy as that is) is not the same as lying about the core mechanics of your game and make no mistake, that's exactly what Hello Games did. They were selling a game that didn't exist, not a version of a game that didn't exist, which is what these companies do, which is still shady as hell, but not the same.
They proved this a while back.
When a developer lies about their game leading up to release, they don't care about the fan base.
When a developer goes radio silent after a turbulent release, they don't care about the fan base.
When they try to release their next game, they'll probably trash NMS leading up to it. It's called the Molyneux Cycle and it would not surprise me for obvious reasons.

Low blow + Pretty funny = At least 2 things came together involving No Man's Sky that shouldn't have.

"The game has potential nonetheless."
Sure, but Hello Games isn't capable of making it happen.
For the handheld 720p is great, but what resolution is the output to the TV?
It`s almost like EA is trying to kill the IP. I'm not even joking, it makes zero sense.
EA usually has more sense than that with business dealings, unlike Konami (Silent Hill month).
Hopefully, I want all the behind the scenes details leaked out, like what happened with ex-Lionhead employees. I guarantee it will be a great story.
No, it's not clickbait.
The account has either been hacked, infiltrated by a disgruntled employee or Hello Games finally admitting the truth.
Agree. Releasing in between BF1 and COD is moronic. They should have waited until 2017 to be honest, just polish the game between now and then.

"Destiny: Rise of Iron generated $59.1 million in digital revenues in September 2016, according to analyst firm Superdata. That’s a lot of cash, and doesn’t include physical sales of Destiny: The Collection."
Alot of it is Micro-transactions.
