That's great, at least Saber won't die in the embrace. I really enjoy Snowrunner, and Dakar Desert Rally is pretty fun w a wheel.
Huh? I own it on Switch. When I get a Steam Deck, I will need to repurchase it on Steam, as in a second digital copy.
Nintendo purchases do not carry over to Steam. Sorry, I thought that was pretty clear in my original post.
I mostly like to own a lot of my games, but this is one I wouldn't mind coming to PS+ Extra. I enjoyed the original back in 99, so I feel I need to at least give this a shot. That, or I'll wait for it to hit a low price. At least it sounds better made than the quite horrible remaster of the original.
Edit - glad to see the "Soundtrack Excels" positive point, bc the soundtrack on the original was one of my favorite things about it!
@Neonridr I understand, but it could be a sign of things to come in other regions. And yea right, I'm not buying a game for a Steam Deck I don't have yet.... I already spend way too much money on games as it is! 😂
The earliest I would get one is Holidays at the end of the year, unless I somehow become rich earlier!
Just wish it would stick around longer, that's all. And @shinoff2183 unfortunately, physical really isn't a thing o...
Right, which is what I had said above, possibly purchasing them again in the future when I get a Steam Deck. I wasn't planning on buying them now for PC, I only have interest in handheld
I almost preordered for the price discount, but this was my biggest worry that stopped me. I do hope it succeeds, I have fond memories of this game, but I'll wait until the servers are more stable.
PS5 been raidin' that Series X fridge! XD
This is pretty crazy and hopefully it doesn't happen in other regions. This collection is too recent to be pulled! I own it on the Switch, but eventually I want to get a Steam Deck and may be interested in repurchasing it again.
If it gets pulled, I suppose I'll just stick to the ROMs on Steam Deck. They're the ones forcing it. I feel like Retro Collections especially should never be pulled, bc this is our ticket to playing these games legally.... plus, I reall...
Should have stayed in the past, but sometimes I think I should have too! Lol, I'll pick this up anyways and I have no disillusions that they're great by today's standards. It's just like watching old corny low budget 80's movies, sometimes it's just fun to revisit the schlock. This is definitely only for the old farts, I can't see the younger generation caring, unless they just have a burning desire to learn about gaming history. Comparatively, I have been enjoying...
This game is oddly cathartic, and I can see it as a good handheld game to sorta just play while you watch TV or listen to something. I like these kind of games where you can just shut off a lot of your analytical mind and let yourself sink into a flow state and passively play while doing other things. They're the new fidget toys.
It would be nice for them to actually clarify this then, because the word amongst a lot of the community in a lot of places is that it's not expected at launch.
Still no VR mention for 2024. MS Flight Sim is in my Top 3 VR experiences on any VR platform.... this better support VR, at least in the future roadmap!!
Oh boy, that's frightening. Now I want to see a proper Pokemon horror movie! 😆
Nice, nice. It's good to see an update that goes beyond just stability improvements... but in case you're wondering, it has that too.
Yea, PS3 graphics at 60fps and 4k doesn't warrant the price. It was severely disappointing considering they already created so many of the assets north of the San Luis River (New Austin) in RDR2 and could have reused a lot of things, or reworked things bc they are the same area at different times in a fairly close history. It's friggin' Rockstar - you know they have the money and resources to have done it.
I still think this release was a big waste of time. I would have been a day 1 purchaser if they had redone the game w RDR2 graphics. I still own my PS3 copy, so don't see the point in picking this up if it's minimally improved.
Lool, Nintendo "We're going to sue you." Suyu: "Sorry Nintendo, you have infringed on our trademark, and now we're going to SuYU!"
Yea, I keep seeing this at the top of charts, and even on Steam it's doing well. I haven't felt tempted to pick it up once. This is why we can't have more Half Life Alyxes XD
I hate that this Lego Fortnite thing is so popular, because now we'll probably never get a proper Lego Worlds followup... you know, where you actually have the freedom to build things, not just throw down prefabs. Who in the world would want to spend $20 on a Lego set that you can't even build?
That's great, at least Saber won't die in the embrace. I really enjoy Snowrunner, and Dakar Desert Rally is pretty fun w a wheel.
