I assume that’s their backup plan - but they’ll let them make an initial decision first.
The CMA has an awful track record when it comes to successfully defending their decisions and are regularly overturned.

While Rising was good, I wouldn’t declare it the “future of Metal Gear” since it’s more like a spin-off - the future must be a game with the same core stealth mechanics etc - not a hack n slash or rogue-like.

Sorry, what? As I said, the highest rated exclusives were on GamePass day 1 - that more than lives up to the ‘hype’.

Shrug, this is still going to pass. The UK govt and others will posture a bit until MS gives them what they want (which is actually probably not gaming related at all). And then it’ll pass.

This argument makes no sense:
- Both PS5 and XSX have no 60fps mode
- XSX is more powerful than PS5.
So by your logic the PS5 version is holding back the XSX version.
(Which is untrue btw, this is nothing to do with either console holding back the other).
Why... 30fps modes only on next gen is totally unacceptable.

Sony consoles are always hacked pretty quickly though, using a FreeBSD based OS doesn’t help. It’s usually that or third party components with CVE’s like WebKit etc.

I honestly don’t believe they will remove COD from PS though. That would be a crazy financial decision given the platform split.
The reason I see this as competitive / good for us is COD going into GamePass. If that decision was going to bankrupt Sony or make everyone be forced to buy an Xbox or a MS product, I would say this is anti-competitive and should be blocked.
