It's kind of stupid to judge it based on anything beyond units sold because we don't know the exact cost to Sony / Nintendo each piece of hardware, we don't know how much money they'll make off individual customers via games, services, accessories, etc. Picking the dollar amount to report when it comes exclusively to the one piece of hardware seems selective at best.
I actually was pretty surprised by Detroit, the Connor and Hank segments were great and it is my favorite Cage game because of it.
I actually just picked this up recently after already owning it on PC and PS4 so this is nice.
It's not really a Remaster, it's an entirely different game with the same story / setting.
I imagine this will just come with a download code on the PC version whether it's for Steam or Bethesda's new service. (Hopefully the former)
Of course it was intentional, do you think they don't play test anything?
They own the developers so unless Ninja Theory didn't own it, yes.
I've only played it briefly on my PC as I actually finished the game on console years ago but it seemed to mostly be a 60fps experience at 4K on my 1080Ti with the maximum settings.
Dishonored 2 had a rough launch but now it's great and can be run at 4K60 on the max setting with a single 1080Ti.
I disagree but I own every platform so stuff like game pass doesn't interest me as I play multiplatform games on PC.
Probably has the full shader count with 96 ROPs and 12GB or maybe even 24GB of GDDR6 on the full 384-bit memory bus. If it's $3000 like the outgoing Titan Z it'll be faster than the 2080Ti but not worth the more than 2x premium.
I'd like to know actual numbers, is it selling well for a console that is priced at $499? It's not the best selling console so I just wonder what their metric is.
Yeah, the newest 128GB BD-XL seems like the most likely candidate for next-gen Playstation and Xbox.
Cartridges do not have exponentially faster load times than discs, the Switch cartridges routinely get outperformed by even regular class 10 microSD cards in terms of load times. Most Switch games still have noticeable load screens and the Vita's load times were often very poor. The cost of a cartridge is also substantially higher per GB and given we've now already experienced two disc PS4/Xbox One games while most Switch cartridge games don't even use 16GB, it seems highly unlike...
It's pretty stupid that it includes only PAL versions of the games so they all run at 25 or 50Hz.
Dead Souls would be improved far more than the others by a port. Wouldn't mind trying it again with new controls and a higher framerate.
and the PC is now the best place to play Sunset Overdrive as it's the only version that supports 4K.
I liked Detroit way more than I expected to, definitely didn't expect the Connor segments to be so good.
I buy digital on PC where there are multiple store fronts to choose from and better deals.
My only real issues with Spider-Man were that the side content was kinda repetitive and that there were forced stealth segments where you did not play as Spider-Man.
