I dunno...this game is pretty bad. I mean, you can literally kill people early in the game that prevents mission progress later. That's dumb. I've had several save games go corrupt as well. I've, literally, never had any other game be as buggy as this one.
Too bad Wolfenstein 2 was such a disrespectful sequel.
Great game. Sure people complain how the mechanics were a step back from it's spiritual predecessors System Shock 1 & 2 but I still think the character performances and atmosphere of this game are hard to beat. It's also aged extremely well too and is still a blast to play to this day.
Whether that says a lot of how good the game was then or how much games haven't gotten better now who is to say? I wish Infinite turned out better...for the third in the seri...

It's really not and apparently the X1X uses scaling and only maxes out around 1550p or so internally. 4K upscale after that. Seems the PS4 Pro has better draw distance as well. Article certainly overblows things.
Oh are they hard on the CPU? Doubt it, not that much. The CPU in the X1X isn't that much faster neither is the GPU to warrant a 4x resolution increase. FOUR TIMES!
4x the resolution for a 6TFlop GPU vs. a 4.2TFlop GPU makes complete sense. I'm sure 1440p was completely impossible on the PS4 Pro even though the crappy GTX 750 in my PC has no issues with 1440p. Complete and utter sense!

I'd like to know what makes this "remaster" different than Xbox 360 games that have been slightly enhanced for the Xbox One. Seriously, this is no "remaster". Remaster to me means NEW stuff...this is the EXACT same game plus higher resolution and a different full screen shader applied. THAT'S IT!
Having a hard time determining if the lighting is better or if it's just time of day/different reshade tint.
Other than that the resolution is bumped up and there's some anisotropic filtering...past that I see no differences.
Too many people too focused on the "Barbie" part and not the "collectable" part. I own the Wonder Woman Barbies more recently released. Why? Because they're done extremely well, look cool, and are collectable.
I'm tired of seeing "controversy" with my games. Put the time and effort towards actual issues.

For me, personally, I have issue with this just because the graphics NOW are so...jarring.
Some scenes look magnificent while others look near last-gen. Even in single conversations you can see this! Take Henry talking to his dad in the forge at the beginning of the game. His dad standing in the forge in shadow looked VERY good, near photorealistic, lighting was on point! Henry, however, standing right outside the forge in direct sunlight looked oily and plasticy. Notice they said "piece of content"...not "full GAME"...so they're saying that they'll still make extra stuff for you to pay for...they just give you a bigger first piece than others might. Same difference.

Who was getting their hopes up? Do people seriously expect all their favorite games to just be needlessly updated with better graphics for a new mid-gen console from the company that's losing in sales? Just makes no sense to me.
Maybe it's just me but even being the complete graphics whore that I am I just simply cannot STAND these freakin videos. Every few months there's some new Unity or CryEngine or Unreal "tech demo" that shows these engines doing AMAZING work buttttttttttttttttttttttttttt. ..you just can't EVER try them or run them yourself.
