I don't know about you, but I don't like the concept of becoming better as a player, and getting essentially penalized by being used as a balancing card (i.e you're expected to carry a team) Which is what a system like this also tends to do.

I'd much prefer the way it worked with older games before all this matchmaking crap came into play (never been a fan of it for multiple reasons). Where you would be thrown into the fire and got wrecked until you adapte...

Yeah its best to take breaks and play something else for a few days if you're getting bored or burned out, forcing yourself to rush it is a waste of the game aswell as your own time. And if you're not interested in coming back to it, then maybe the game just didn't really capture you, which is always a possibility.

Well, Nier was a more forgiving game overall, but against high level opponents careless mashing would get you killed pretty quick.

Just started playing it, combat is definitely satisfying and the different stances are a really nice feature.
Nier:Automata also had great combat, with very stylish combos.. Hard to decide which of the two I like better.

Its a super secret title made only for ps3, so secret that you'll have to use your own imagination to get access.
Really cool stuff, looking forward to it.

I think the police should ask for the callers' information whenever someone calls in for a dire situation that requires an armed (SWAT) team. It'll probably take a bit longer to respond, and those few extra minutes might be crucial to someone's lives in a legitimate situation, but thats on the assholes who think sending SWAT teams over to troll your friends is funny, that crap has to end.

Violence begets violence though. The relatives of the two swatter retards will then probably go after the vigilante, and it'll turn into a cycle of many people getting hurt or killed that had nothing to do with the incident.

It's a messed up situation, and the people involved should pay heavily for what they've caused, more than just a lousy prison sentence.

Exactly, a well-polished and well-made game will start selling on its own, regardless of the budget. I feel like they just want to raise the price so they can slack off and pump out bug ridden, low content and stale games, yet still make a profit regardless of the game's reception.

Call me cynical or whatever, but raising prices is just going to make less people buy your games on release (believe it or not, many people can hardly afford new games at the current price) ...

For me it was the stylish box art (2B carrying 9S) that caught my attention to the game, really cool character design overall

Most of those people would likely be the reviewers and journalists that rushed through it.. I think only a handful of websites went the whole mile to ending [E] that i've read of.

Im really gonna miss Dead Space.. Maybe ill do a marathon soon.

It isn't in the slightest, but controversies seem to be made up out of thin air these days by websites desperate for traffic.

Wtf, the self importance in this article lol ''Hey gamers, do you need clickbait and lousy articles about the latest ''controversies" ? Yes you do! You need us you hear me!''
Reporting on new game releases, changes made in games, some reviews, i.e actual information is fine, but that's all it should be. No politics or opinion blogs and the like.

Yeah I'm getting tired of everything and nothing being drummed up as a controversy by these websites. Just smells like desperation to pump out more articles.

Why involve the EU though? not sure if people should ask the government to fix everything.
Just stay away from their games and explain to your buddies why they should too, then soon enough the ball will start rolling and developers will notice a drop in playercount.

Yeah, it would matter enough for me to not spend more than 20$ on a game.
I don't like the idea of someone else having say over a product I bought, and the possibility of a service being pulled out, being locked out of my purchases by software bugs, server issues and all that fun stuff.

Gambling can be fun like playing card games with your friends betting your favorite comic issue or a bottle of scotch. And then there's a type of gambling which sole purpose is to exploit you for as much as possible, which is what devs are doing with paid lootboxes.
Theres a reason why they don't give you the option to straight up buy the outfit or skin that you want, and instead lock it behind a roll of the dice. They know people are prone to keep rolling that dice until...

If they pull that, it'll be even worse than just leaving them in. They'll be flushed down the toilet hard.
My guess is they will make some minor adjustments, maybe cut the price and increase credits earned, but that's already pushing it.
