I welcome more western games, aside from RDR there haven't been all that many (good ones) in the past and current gens.
I'd like to see Ubi taking a shot at this aswell, however, they better change it up instead of the standard -liberate outpost, upgrade gear, tiresome sidemissions- formula. Otherwise it might fall flat
I had the same issue with Siren: Blood Curse.. the atmosphere is really good. But the controls were so damn clunky, it made the most simple actions a pain to execute. If they would allow controller remapping it would probably be one of my favourite horror titles
I just played the demo, really fun game.
Definitely got Bioshock vibes from it, perhaps even a bit of Half Life.
Here's hoping for a second Mad Max game, I really liked it aswell. Fun gameplay and smooth graphically
Being awake 24 hours is not exactly hard though.. so I wonder what else played part in that.
Now 72 hours, well just make sure you have someone monitoring you at all times (aside from you gaming buddies) should you take up the challenge.
Oh and, while caffeine might seem like a good idea first hand, it's seriously dangerous to rock energy drinks 3 days straight.
She gon steal all ur ingame credits!1!
Seriously though, I get why some people would want to be together with objects or virtual characters that they feel some sort of deep connection with, as weird as it might be sometimes. But actually performing a ritual of bonding seems silly to me.
While Dying Light was a great game, it felt a little dull to me in many ways.. I really liked the tropical vacation atmosphere in Dead Island, as well as the many crazy weapon mods that were largely absent in Dying Light
Exactly. Im sure they decided to turn down the drop rates a notch to promote more fools to buy randomized loot boxes..
Fools indeed, I mean it'd be more fair to directly buy a skin you want, but you can still end up not getting a skin despite having paid for those boxes
Problem is though when people insta-lock characters like Genji, Hanzo, Mccree or Soldier. And then go on to flame others for not picking support or tank.
I recognized this too. While it's a great game so far (havent finished it) and I'm definitely enjoying it, there is a noticeable repetition in the game, though mostly with sidequests.
Really? TLoU? What makes you think that
@ elda
You ever seen women attending a male strip tease? Talk about lack of self control
Men don't need to be ''fixed'', they are hardwired to like boobs and buttcheeks. It's a vital part of human nature
She's trying so hard to stay relevant.. or become relevant rather.
I dont get how some game devs still support her, its such obvious leeching.
hmm yeah, the concept is something new iguess.. but whether it works well for horror remains to be seen.
I'm not completely sold on it in all honesty
Tech Demos aren't always about a single game. It's a good way to see where the industry is going regarding tech and what can be expected of future titles using such tech.
They said it's being used for BL3, but to what extent is uknown.
Killzone 2 was a cinematic demo I believe, not rendered real-time (as proven by their struggle to achieve such visuals in the actual game)
''git gud'' ''Diamonds don't have valid opinions''
Way to be a douche about it dude..
Anyway Overwatch can be nearly impossible to enjoy playing by yourself at times. The only way you can consistently perform well is to get together a 5-6 man team and use voice comms, otherwise the game is a roll of the dice.
Whether it's unbalanced or not, I can't say at this point. But I it makes sense that...
You can always choose not to bother with the side missions though. I think RDR had some really interesting side activities, and expect R* to only build upon that.
I second this. When I compare the experiences I had from older (1-4 years) games to new releases, the older games were a much more complete and polished experience, and more enjoyable because of that.
I've taken it upon myself to wait at least one full year before buying any new releases. The possibility of a GoTY edition or significant price drop being a welcome bonus.
The only games i might make an exception for are RDR2 and TLoU2.
Hows that an insult? One can like or dislike art as you said, depending on the individual
If Bioware indeed chose to make the characters more like the average looking person that is their artistic license ofcourse, but it could affect the game's appeal for some. Thats why most main characters in big movies and games are attractive, it helps with sales.
I personally care little for it though
Ah Comix Zone was so damn cool, I loved that game.
Risky Woods was great too
