@Concertoine
Yeah, female snipers with nice looking hoods and garbs. According to the logic of the feminist nuts at dice, the game will be 10/10 if you make a game with exclusively female cast/characters. I wonder why they didn't do that yet.
Maybe deep down they know they're full of shit.
It seems to be a neat mix of atmosphere, psychological horror and interesting story/setting (Lovecraft).
Can't wait to see some of the creatures from the books, or god forbid the Great Old Ones. This studio is showing alot of promise I think.
Yeah that angle that they took on people criticizing the game was incredibly stupid, I still can't grasp why a multi billion dollar company would make such a dumb mistake as to bring politics into it and label their own fanbase and potential newcomers.
Nah they won't. But we can hope the loss in sales might give them a nudge
C'mon you can do better than that
What, you can't call people out for crying over nothing? If so you're crying yourself..? That makes little sense.
People aren't necessarily offended at someone else being offended, but rather tired or frustrated of the pettiness of it all, of the (quite frankly) children that are up in arms about a couple of lighthearted satire jokes.
Combined with the possibility of iD soft possibly removing said jokes should those children stamp their feet loud enough, I thin...
This just looks insane, lots of fun to be had I'm sure.
Love it. While I always remain skeptical, so far I'm liking everything I've seen from this game.
I do hope you're not serious..
Cyberpunk is a genre thats been around for decades.
Same here, I'll probably get it for PS4 if it's under 30. It's more of an exploration/sandbox game, pretty fun if you're into marine and deep sea stuff. Looks nice graphically too.
I think its easy to get burnt out on them, in my experience anyway. There's a lot to do, but after 10-15 hours you've usually had a taste of all that the game offers, so then it becomes rinse&repeat.
Thats pretty fast.. have yet to play Hours of Darkness, so I've some catching up to do. Hope they didn't rush it out though.
Looking forward to it, Poland is really on fire in regards to game development.
@Eonjay
Yup God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, The Witcher 3.. list goes on. These are expensive to make but the return is well worth it for both publishers and the devs (otherwise they wouldn't bother). If Amy made a case that the competition is incredibly tough and so there's a huge risk involved whether you'll be able to make a profit, then that would make more sense.
But then again to counter that.. the expenses are really in your own h...
Yeah I think every game can become a chore/job if you choose it to be. Especially games like MMOs really ramp up that time investment if you want to get the most out of the game. I've also seen friends slogging through games they got sick and tired of just to get all the trophies.
Personally I can hardly find the care and time to force myself to play something, used to be different years back though..
The environment and exosuits look pretty neat. But gameplay wise.. too much Destiny.
Imean there's bullet sponge bosses (holding the fire button for 20mins straight isn't my idea of fun), charge-up ultimate abilities, robotic voice guiding you, randomized loot crystals and no doubt MTs for those legendary weapons. And I'm guessing the mission structure is identical aswell, with repeatable missions and raids.
Don't think it's for me either. ...
Someone should make a Preston character, and go around telling people just that. It'd be hilarious.
Nice, it's a good looking game. Always fun to mess around taking snappies
I'd rather have CDPR focus on Cyber Punk and post-launch content for the coming years.. But who knows after all that, they might want to dip back into The Witcher.
They're running themselves into the ground at this rate.
You can add politics in you game just fine, let the people make up their own minds and leave it at that. But Dice is really hammering on it, even outside of their games, calling people uneducated, feeling justified in fighting ''for the cause''.. yeah they're going down unless they pop that political bubble of theirs.
I might be an ass for saying this, but Sweden as a whole has be...
