Scorpio's release is somewhat important. It proves that MS is no longer interested in gimmicks and is going back to being a powerhouse. But it's only one issue of many with them. They still need to show more games if this is to be truly important.

Who said it was exclusive? Geez, rabid much?

This is what I'm hoping... PS5 would so crush it in 2019. Especially if they have backwards compatibility with PS4 and 4K modes for games.

I'm hoping it's Xbox and PS tbh. I'd much rather it caters to higher end graphics than Switch.

It's time. Just hope it's for PS4 as well.

No success? PSP was huge and got a ton of support from 3rd party. It may have not bested DS with it's Poke-craze but it was still well received.

I think we'll see one of two between FFVIIR and KH3. Although they may save the trailers until later this year.

Or maybe we all have different tastes? And who said I was a serious car guy? I don't driver a fast car lmao.

I've enjoyed some of the NFS games and even some Fast and Furious movies but honestly they've gotten worst in my opinion over time. Fast and Furious is repetitive as fuck as well.

The voice acting was terribly cheesey. The story is kind of average so far(and more on the mediocre end). Not sure what to think of this.

Not really a fan of Fast and Furious, but this interests me regardless. Need to see it at E3 though to make a call.

There was Nojima and Sakaguchi as well- Nojima for the chunk of the story and Sakaguchi for the setting(he wanted a dystopian New York which later got changed to Midgar) as well as some events. This was a culmination of a ton of talent.

Nojima is also writing any new plot for FFVIIR.

This is such BS. KH3 was revealed 4 years ago- really not that long ago. And we got BBS, KH3D, and BBS2 recently, it's not like the studio has been doing nothing.

Same with FFVIIR, it was revealed 2 years ago and is said it will be out within 3 years. 5 years is NOT a ton of time to wait on a game.

If anything switching engines was a GOOD thing. Look at FFXV's development time, their studio probably hates in-house engines. Then look at BBS2- ...

The difference is if it we're PS there would be a ton more exclusives optimized for the hardware. I would have bought a Scorpio specced PS4 in a heartbeat. But I can't support Scorpio as I'd mostly play 3rd party on it, and I can already do that with PS4-Pro.

KH's team is separate from S-E Division 1, whose making FFVIIR. If anything I think KH3 will be released before FFVIIR.

Wasn't the original like that too? There were areas you couldn't reach again and things you couldn't do on disc 2/3.

Wow the art style is spot on! Definitely keeping my eye on this.

I'll bet KH3 is released next year considering 2.8 used the same engine and was released this year. FFVIIR might take a while though because of all the new systems, different fighting styles for every character, AI considering this isn't a simple Turn-based RPG anymore, and the sheer scope of the game. I'm not that disappointed with the wait nor the fact it's episodic. This isn't 1997 anymore. 2D prerendered backgrounds and simple Turn-based isn't what they're ...

Less than stellar KH spinoffs? BBS and BBS2 are some of the best in the series.

And like the other guy said, 8 years in production hell for FFXV doesn't mean it was worked on for 10 years.

Lastly, the episodic nature of FFVIIR is FINE. Most AAA games have a 5-10 hour campaign these days. FFVII is huge, and with all of the systems they're implementing it's going to be worth paying for the extra discs. This isn't the 1997 FFVII with simp...
