I agree. Like Tabata removing Stella for no damn reason at all. It's not just that she looked better and more practical as a heroine, it's that she actually had everything set out to be that way.

As Stella she was a frenemy- rival. Which played right into the Shakespearean themes. She would have been a rival, boss, and love interest, and played out with the dueling kingdoms theme. She would have been in the game for more than one damned chapter.

Disagree about Tidus, he cried while he was a kid, aside from that he was just as badass as the other guys. And I don't always prefer the edgiest role available.

Also the laugh pretty much everyone gets aside from an annoying troll minority- it's been explained countless times, easy to understand, has some tact, etc.

Oh please the game is looking epic and having everything everyone loved about all of the other titles as well. Probably the single most advanced ARPG system in history, amazing art style and graphics, innovative features, and is welcoming to all ages.

It will increase the mobile gaming space no doubt, but core gamers still won't give two damns about playing on a 5-inch screen.

Yeah, this is one reason I hope PS5 gets vapor cooling. The other reason is even with the Pro model downsizing the node to 14nm, the console got bigger. So vapor cooling would allow a near-silent console, higher clocks, and smaller footprint instead of a larger one. I really don't mind if I have to pay $499 because with the memory increase to atleast 16GB, likely a larger hard drive, and Ryzen/Vega the price is probably going above $399 anyway. They might as well throw in vapor coolin...

Definitely glad about this. I'm still rocking Pro on a 1080p set so this will hold me over until I upgrade. Might even wait a bit longer and get a nicer TV.

They might just try to play up the hype for KH3 and give us something substantial a few months after it's out.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's already getting 4K textures and being optimized for a forthcoming console(PS5, *wink*wink*) as well as a PS4 release though. This is looking more and more like a 2020 game.

I wouldn't mind them getting control of EA. There would probably be something about sports games staying on competitors but if MS got rights to Star Wars and brought back Visceral's game, made BFIII without Pay-to-win, etc, I'd buy an Xbox and redeem them somewhat.

I've got bias lighting and it looks amazing. I didn't want too much light though so I got a led bias strip meant for monitors and it looks phenomenal on my 40 inch TV, I'll do the same when I upgrade to 55 in Spring.

Also, this ensures that other lights don't need to be on, or can be dimmed while watching programming, so they're less distracting, don't cause glare, and it really does make a difference for your eyes.

Yeah, that's only considering 1st Party AAA doesn't get bastardized by the move. Sony's games cost money because they actually produce games. Not only that, but they're big budget and by more renowned studios than Xbox's Forza/Halo/Gears initiative.

With Xbox only having 3 AAA 1st party games it really asks the question are their games going to become bastardized by putting them all on a service. They can't possibly turn ...

Yeah sure, the money- but if it we're designed from the ground up for PS4/Pro graphics would be better, we'd get more refined content, and people will be more willing to pick up DLC if it's reasonable. It would also help FFVIIR with optimization the teams are working closely together on the same engine.

25% ain't worth it IMO. Yeah, sure, X might look a bit better but if it's core audience is on PS4 does it really matter?

Here's to hoping nex-gen all water looks like this. I can't help but feel a bit jealous because I want this for Final Fantasy VII Remake. The water makes the environment so serene in FFVII and I want that feeling back.

Downvotes, seriously explain how this isn't a giant desperation move by MS when they've got no AAA 1st party aside from Forza/Halo/Gears? They can't just give them all away and expect to turn profit without further bastardizing their other efforts. Look at Fable Legends being F2P and getting canceled because they didn't know if it would scam people enough.
