Hand drawn art, old cartoon style aesthetics, classic 2d side scroller, challenging gameplay.
And it wouldn't sell, but thats what people want so why not waste the money.
Considering alot of indies that pass up on Xbox and Japanese games that dont release on Xbox because they think their core audience is Japan and Sony paying for all big 3rd party advertising then I wouldnt fault MS for paying for 3rd party exclusives. PS4 fanboys say the Xbox needs Exclusives that they cant play on PC but doesnt want them to come from 3rd party devs. What is the difference with paying for 3rd party exclusives vs paying the salary of 1st party devs for exclusives?
Japanese IPs lol. Way to be specific.
Hopefully, Nintendo is known to not do the obvious and do what people don't want.
It will not be the focus. It will be the first thing showed and all games will be shown running on it. They wouldnt be doing a 4k livestream to focus primarily on the console.
@uptownsoul Project Spark was actually released in October 2014 but they just stopped supporting it in August 2016. So no, it wasn't cancelled. Forgot about Phantom Dust.
@BiggerBoss Microsoft has only cancelled 2 games this gen.
If it can hit 900-1080p 60fps on OG X1 then 4k60 is 100% possible on Scorpio.
Considering some devs want to do it and they say Sony is the only obstacle, it dont think a lack of dev support is the cause.
Still not "over 4 years". But you dont know what framerate your opponent is playing at so you cant really say there is no problem when there are no actual stats. We need leaderboards with average framerates included to see any patterns to decide.
Because Sony cheaped out on the CPU, same as the Scorpio. It is easier to lower res but lowering res doesnt = to higher framerates unless the GPU is the bottleneck. Which by Bungie's remarks about physics, it is the CPU. 30fps to 60fps requires double the about of GPU and CPU while doubling the res would only require double the GPU power.
He moved to Youtube Live and pulled 20k+ viewers yesterday and will do much better if all of his subs move over and they most likely will.
Was a Lizard Squad member that lives in Poland so most likely not.
Its going back to the future in 2018. Three devs are gonna have to differentiate somehow.
There are 2 native standards smarty pants, 4096x2160 is the standard for film production and 3840x2160 is the standard for TV's and monitors. 3840x2160 is exactly 4x 1080p whereas 4096x2016 is 4.27. And you bringing up native resolution when he never stated exact pixel numbers is null.
Changing res would only help framerate if the gpu is the bottleneck and I'm sure its the CPU.
I'm waiting for 4k 144hz so i can use 4k 60 when possible and 1080 144 for everything else. Also want hdr but the cheapest hdr monitor is $999.99.
Im not gonna respond for the fear of looking stupid.
Geoff is lying, it will be 399-449. There is no way such a high profile person at the show is just gonna spoil it.
