Considering the most played games are 3rd party multiplayer games, maybe they should make a good multiplayer game instead of these 9 hours stories that lack replayability.
You didn't know? This is God of War: Last of Us Edition. All PS4 1st party titles here on out are going to be slow, highly cinematic, highly scripted games that are not really fun to play. BUT THAT STORY THO. 10/10

Can someone link Sony saying they wanted crossplay with other consoles? Dont think so. I think Sony only agreed to crossplay with PC last gen because they knew Microsoft would deny. So now if Xbox wants a game like FF Online would PC gamers have to choose if they want to play with PS or Xbox players or would Sony block it and would support for crossplay be taken out of the ps4 version.
@frosty the thing is Sony didn't implement it on a system level so devs have to specifically code it in and that results in alot of games recently not having supersampling because the devs are lazy.

Why is it so damn hard to understand that it is a console UPGRADE for people wanting better visuals. Consoles have NEVER been about Fps it is always been about craming the best tech per dollar, 30fps or not, into a afordable system. It plays the same games, it isnt a replacement. And PS4 cats please dont hit me with the same generic "it doesnt have games that i cant play on PC" THATS GOOD. Take your PC and buy the games. Or don't. It doesn't matter.

I think Xbox is at the point where it can't access those unlimited funds from MS unless sucess is guaranteed. Phil said a while back that when games sell well then money can be put towards new IP and it seems their surefire sellers like Halo, Gears, and Forza profits get put towards another sequel and not new IP. I really think there was a little truth to the rumors years ago about the Xbox being sold off but instead of that they just severely limited Xbox's access to the bank.
60fps requires double the cpu usage AND double gpu usage while while 4k needs 4x gpu usage. If it hits 30fps on base consoles and the upgrades are slight overclocks what makes you think that games are capable of doubling so easy.
Pretty sure it is going to be a year. 2018 could mean from 7 to 18 months.

How sould making a Xbox account require money? PC doesnt pay to play crossplatform so whats the problem? You are literally entering a email and password. You would think paying for Plus that you would want more features.

Yeah those influx of Silver accounts are gonna hurt Sony huh. You would expect gamers paying to play online would want any and all features they can get but I guess defending Sony for not enabling something is easier than begging Sony.

Not really "Xbox Live" on PS4 when the reasoning is having purchases carry over to other platforms. Why does Sony allow EA to make users make accounts or Ubisoft?
