I think its too late. Phil makes it perfectly clear that they look at the most played games on Xbox live and focus on that to get people to continue to buy Gold. And when they see the top played games are Cod, Halo, Battlefield,Forza,Minecraft they take the easy way out. They arent focused on growing Xbox, they are focused on getting people to pay for services that get them the most return ie: Gold, EA subs, Game Pass, Microtransactions.
35+ million isnt small. They are doing ok, its just that Sony is ramming them.
It may seem like a good idea but remember that its 2017, that wouldn't sell to the Xbox crowd and unless its some open world, cinematic, story drive game it wont get nearly as much coverage as it would need.

You can have one as your main and still play your games on the other. Just dont expect to be playing the games on 2 consoles at once with 1 account.
There is nothing to address. If you buy physical then anyone on the house can play the game, 1 at a time. If you buy digital then you are buying a license for 1 copy of the game. Family sharing isnt a right so don't expect it.
LTT covers tech, not just gaming tech. They tell you in every one of the threadripper based videos that it is overkill for gaming and it is more for content creators or maybe servers.
Consumer can give feedback on games, they cant tell a develop what to and what not to talk about. Consumers aren't gods. Consumers need devs, devs need consumers.
Even if the CPU improvements were there, that wouldn't stop devs from even going past that. Visuals sell a game alot more than framerate on consoles so that is where they would focus. If you want a console that focuses on 60fps then the Switch is for you because Nintendo actually gets it and makes 60fps a standard.
