"4k 60 fps machine" It obviously can. Not Microsoft's fault for 3rd party devs developing games without a target resolution and not optimizing and just going with a dynamic resolution.
Not a replacement, an upgrade it isnt required and the base Xbox One is $249.
Considering their OS is at the core of almost every gaming PC out there, it would be doing a disservice to not develop for them so when I see people complain about Xbox not having "real" exclusives I automatically think of a PS4 fan that never had a game released on PS4 and Vita at the same time and they think it is a bad thing. The same fans that praise Sony for dropping the Vita to focus on the PS4.
That PC in that article was severly underpowed and they didnt even run benchmarks. Just put a PC together and said they were comparable.
I hear more from PlayStation fans that Japanese games shouldn't release on Xbox than Xbox gamers complain about it.
So basically the game was announced early and it didnt reach deadlines and wasn't worth continuing. Especially when development efforts are divided among other projects.
Minecraft on PS4 doesnt run on Sony's server. If Microsoft wanted they could make Minecraft on PS4 go offline anytime they choose.
Its releasing on Windows tho.

There were enough games but what you consider "big games" are those highly cinematic games that are only praised for the good stories but the gameplay is never memorable and lack replayablity. I bought Last of Us on PS3 and on PS4, like an idiot, and sold them both times because the gameplay isn't memorable. I'm about to sell Horizon because the game bores me death.
