But wouldn't that be awkward to hold, especially when trying to press the buttons?
Next quarter will be massive, 360S, 360S arcade and Halo:Reach.
Then comes Kinect......
Don't know why people mention rebuys wouldn't the old owners sell their old consoles to new people anyway.
Silver slim eh, want pics now
Well Kinect offers sports that can't be done on Move/Wii like football, jogging etc. Not to mention Kinect Sports offers online play does Sports Champion?
If they bring just an upgrade to the Wii mote then Move will be dead. The only way it could really hurt MS and Kinect is if Wii 2 can do controller-less gaming, and thats unlikely since Nintendo will likely want BC.
MS is lucky Kinect is so different from the Wii cause when Wii 2 comes Kinect will still offer a different experience.
It all depends on what the game is using from kinect. If its just simple hand movements or voice recognition then it will barely take up any CPU. I don't see many core games using the entire body at one time so this won't be a huge problem, plus one chip is still in Kinect.
And this guy is talking about eyetoy, he knows nothing of kinect and what it's capable of.
Didn't even realise there were so many :S
This site certainly done a good job at hiding them.
46 Kinect Sports 2,709 17,424
47 SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs 1,761 16,865
That was fast
You all keep believing that lol.
Not that 360 needs a boost in sales its already outselling the PS3 anyways. Kinect could put it on par with the Wii.
I wonder how Sony will feel when Kinect becomes huge and Move flops.......
I think pissed will be an understatement lol.
@Hellsvacancy
Let me ask you Hellsvacancy and any other sony fanboy what do you think will do better Move or Kinect?
Its really nothing new, Kinect will be massive it would be surprising if it was flopping.
But considering all the early preorders are just from the hardcore just goes to show the opinion of people on N4G means absolutely nothing. Just imagine how crazy things will get when MS actually starts advertising.
I really don't see how this will be a problem. 1.8m is nothing, you would need that kinda space for any motion controller. In fact depending on the size of your TV you should be that far away from it anyway.
@Hellsvacancy
Well I doubt those people could afford Kinect anyway, or they at least would want to spend their money on more important things.
Once they see Move sales numbers I think they will see they have a much better chance of breaking even on Wii even with all the casuals.
They are good ads, just surprising people don't buy the stuff he tries to sell.
That ain't even 2 meters, that is seriously nothing.
People are just nitpicking now and its getting pathetic.
Its not broken or people wouldn't still be playing it.
FPS are all about the MP.
"Move support for Child of Eden is yet to be confirmed, he said."
I thought it was, wonder what changed.
So thats 10ml Kinects if you are going to generalize and thats not even including the new 360 owners which would will likely be the bulk of the purchases.
Edit: Actually when you look at it this way not many current 360 even need to buy it for it to succeed. 1ml is more than enough for this year and the rest will likely be new owners, about 2ml. So it could easily sell 3ml this year.
Its only gonna keep increasing from here on.
The 360 is looking to have its biggest year yet with the 360S, Reach and Kinect.
