I wouldn't say Resident Evil 4 sucks, as opposed to Resident Evil 4 isn't actually Resident Evil.
Ultimately, each is to its own, but saying that RE4 sucks as a game is going too extreme.
I feel the Clock Tower series has been very under rated. It's a shame that not many people know just how scary they are. Well, Capcom's approach to Clock Tower 3 was a little too abstract, but the concept of someone chasing you room to room without having a means to fight back, makes the fear factor so intense.
Castlevania...how long I've waited for you.
...1%...2%...
Download faster dammit!
I place a lot of faith in Castlevania games to show interpretations of mythological creatures and monsters.
Even if not by the exact name, they've had creatures like those on the list. They also had a Mothman.
That's fine, I'm sure FFXI was enjoyable too.
I just don't think these MMO Final Fantasies should be part of the roman numerals. 'Final Fantasy Online' would've been the perfect name and still saved FF"XI" and "XIV" for true sequels.
I like DMC and all, but did we really need another DMC character on the roster? Trish was a stretch too.
$50 covers the full year and $18 for 3 months. Plus, this isn't like how XBL should be free, PS+ is slightly different for the cost.
I'd say PS+ is more for people who buy games often on PSN. If you do, you could easily cover at least $70 worth of discounts throughout the year. If you don't buy games online very often, then it ain't worth it.
Other benefits include backing up game saves, 1 hour game demos, and some games become free. Free down...
I still remember when this game was announced.
"Final Fantasy XIV..." :D
"...Online!" :{
You mean the "real RE4".
RE3 came out before CV.
Yes, both games have trophy support, though I heard that there's not that many and no platinum trophy. I am looking forward to Code: Veronica, but I have to say, these ports were pretty lazy.
They're not going to "remake" it from scratch like that. That's too big of a project. Square may have been able to do FFIII and FFIV for the DS, but that's very minimal compared to everything shown in FFX.
It's just an HD port, nothing more. Besides, FFX had terrific graphics, so there's no need to waste time and money remaking the game.
Really? Does it really?
Cause this is like the third time I heard something like this and was let down. I'll believe it when I actually see it up on PSN.
Graphics aren't everything. The GC/Wii's textures were softened, as opposed to seeing the edges of polygons, like in the new HD versions. Don't be fooled by the sharper visuals, cause the 360/PS3 versions don't offer anything else.
Wii controls > sharper graphics and 10+ trophies.
As much as I'd like to read this article, I'll be going in blindly, perhaps stumbling upon a title I've been meaning to play. The moment the title is mentioned, it's already ruined.
Thankfully, I already knew about Crisis Core.
Oh, dear God, NO!
I knew about the cliffhanger ending during RE4, but seriously, just stop making movies.
lol @ the people who complain about a mere $15. Gaming can be an expensive hobby in general and I don't care for the extra analog stick anyway, but if you complain about $15, then stay in school. Heh, and are these the same people who are looking forward to the $250-$300 PS Vita? lulz
Anywho, it's way too soon to judge the extra analog stick, since no games were announced that utilizes it. It's a shame really, cause wasn't that the point of the touch screen? U...
For people who actually READ the article, he points out that the FFX game isn't a remake, but an HD port, despite the article title. Nothing to pee your pants over.
My lol came from, "They don't care about FFVII fans." Other than the fact that there are tons of FFVII spin offs, I'm not a fan of companies remaking their old works of art. Resident Evil remake is the only exception.
Besides, Square forgot about their FFVI fans long before a...
Bought the Move for Christmas and haven't touched it since. Surprisingly, my Kinect saw more action.
No Capcom?
The memory cards held next to nothing and the controllers had an awkward design, which also broke easily. No other controller crapped out on me like the gamecube controller. The GC also didn't have access to online during that console generation. Even if PS2's online play was forgettable, it still had it.
The only thing good about it was its portability and the library of "quality" games. Wind Waker and Resident Evil Remake and RE4 for example.
