I do get where you're coming from with that line but I own both a PS4 and an XB1 along with a PS2, PS3 and 360, I've been a multi format gamer since the late 90's.
I'm not a fanboy it's just hard not to notice the bias, hate and FUD aimed towards the XB1 this generation, unfairly IMO.

Well I have been frequenting N4G regularly.
Never heard of the phrase "Sunset Overhype"? is was bounded around a lot back when the game was revealed and released, plus the usual "I'll get it when it comes to PC" remarks.
As for Cuphead I've can't recall much negativity around it so far, but its not been released yet, give it time I sure the hate will flow once it's released :D

I was worried about this game...... until I saw some gameplay footage from E3 (people playing it not the crappy trailer they showed at the conference) now I'm excited for it, IT LOOKS AWESOME !!!!
What the flip is wrong with people ? If this was a PS4 or a Switch game people would be wanking themselves into a frenzy over it but because it's on the XB1 it needs to be looked at with negativity and doubt.

Driveclub is a game developed by Evolution Studios for the PS4.
The game was heavily delayed, originally planned as a launch title or a least to be released before Xmas 2013.

First instance of "port begging" I recall this gen was from PS4 fans begging for Sunset Overdrive.
The XB1 has plenty of games thanks.
Before the start of 2017 the XB1 has just as many good exclusives as the PS4, for the first 2 years the XB1 crushed the PS4 for quality exclusives imo, Forza Horizon 2, Sunset Overdrive, Titanfall, Dead Rising 3, Halo MCC, Halo 5, Forza 6 etc.

The E3 2015 reveal held my interest but this years E3 showing dampened my expectations of this game.
Generic gameplay, tacked on stealth, QTEs, it just looks too familiar.
The bit in the E3 vid where the wolf was chasing him on the bike looked laughably bad, he shot it whilst aiming nowhere near it, ridiculous.
The animation of the "zombies" looked good though, everything else just screamed low budget to me.

Most game journalists are scared to praise anything Xbox in fear of losing readers.

I play it on XB1 and use a USB keyboard. Most USB keyboards can be used on the XB1 for typing.
Not sure if you can use them for the PS4 mind.
It makes pirating other player a lot easier too :D

I spent most of the MS conference wondering WTF does "Console Launch Exclusive" really mean, sounds like they were releasing a brand new console and these were the games for it.
I love my XB1 but MS have always been laughably bad at marketing and getting there point across.

Mate, I live in the UK, I would need to spend almost £1000 for a good PC with monitor, speakers, microphone and headset etc. I can afford it but I'm tight with money and I have other priorities where I can't justify spending that amount just for primarily a games machine.
