A downgrade yes but not as bad as the Watchdogs or R6 downgrade IMO.
I think it's a great looking game, played the beta on XB1 and it looks a lot sharper than Just Cause 3 on the XB1.

Amazing game, been almost 9 years since I played it on release.
Liberty City is still probably the best city created for any game ever IMO.
Before that I re-played Bioshock and RDR, both excellent games.

I'll defend Sony just like I would MS, when the PS is unfairly attacked, but that doesn't happen nowhere near as often.

Just cause the PS4 has had a good start to 2017 doesn't mean that the XB1 is suddenly pants all of a sudden.
Let's not lose perspective here, the XB1 has had a steady stream of quality console exclusives since it's launch, arguably a better range of exclusives than the PS4 has had in the same timeline.
