Having played both my opinion is that GTS drives better. Only used a pad mind.
There is just too much under-steer in FM7 and weight distribution doesn't feel as good as it does it GTS.
The handling of GTS feels more natural and forgiving, FM7 is brutal, I couldn't play FM without using the rewind feature, but I don't miss it or want it in GTS.
Whether one is more realistic than the other I don't care, to me GTS feels and plays better.
Got Forza 7 about a week ago, played it for a total of about 5 hours, traded it in 2 days later.
Got GT Sport yesterday, only played a few races in Arcade mode so far as I'm downloading the update, got a shit wi-fi connection, but I love what I've played so far.

Tried to download the demo but after 3 hours it only downloaded 1.1gb so I gave up on it.
Based on some Youtube videos I've watched though this game is going to be a complete horror show if the servers aren't up and running properly as the gamers I watched just couldn't get into a race.
I predict that we are going to see damage control the likes of which we've never seen before from the PS4 fanboys.
