Titanfalls devs didn't plan having on Kinect, so why shoe horn it in. As a Kinect user I don't want shoehorn support for the sake of it.
Kinect One is fantastic, and proper support in games and apps is what I want like Xbox Fitness, Mass Effect squad voice control, Kinect Sports, Dance Central and so on.

A store will offer something a lower price to draw customers into the store so they spend money elsewhere. In a membership based store like Costco it is common to give a discount to attract more members, especially on Christmas on a hot item like Xbox One.
Xbox One is sold out everywhere else

@Mikey
I feel sorry you are limited in your imagination.
@rippn
I'm sure more content will be coming soon, considering Xbox Fitness is probably suffering from the same thing Xbox One does, launch issues i.e. there is always limited content upon initial release.
The good news is, it sounds like P90X3 is coming to Xbox One.
I am and it is fantastic. I just wish it had more content, which it sounds like it is coming.
I would pay a monthly fee to use this, let alone a whole year free.
@mope:
I was talking about poorly engineered from an architecture stand point. Why do you think the PS4 went with an American hardware designer and off the shelf parts?
Japan is inconsequential to MS as it is a region they barely compete in and merely has a presence. For western game developers, that asian market barely exist.
No, but do you hate or not buy a phone because it plays games in addition to being able to make phone calls?
To be fair, there is no other phone on the list. The iPhone does play plenty of games.
The lead is about 60-70% more than PS4 and Xbox One, which is quite significant.
I think it would be ridiculous if this story wasn't approved over the other 100s of stupid opinion articles that has no substance, or the quotes taken out of content with a introductory paragraph is instead.
I don't play Mario games anymore, as they lack the story telling or experience I want, but I'm consistently floored at how Nintendo consistently releases quality Mario titles, over and over. How the heck does Nintendo do that?
What about the company's business development manager is untrue?
Biased or not, he is speaking the truth.
You can build a PC that exceeds the graphics of a PS4/Xbox One for about the same cost.
However, I don't get the niceties of a console i.e. an all in one box that has a pleasant interface, ease of use and convenient input mechanism.
The graphics portion is a relatively minor interest for me and likely for a bigger section of the gaming populace.
Why is this even approved with the wrong link?
Did the people approve this article even click on the link and read the story?
edit:
@swayne: but why is it approved with the wrong link?
As far as I know, you cannot change a link once a story has been approved. What was the other people doing?
"No headstart, no lead for MS It's that simple. Xbox have never sold more or faster than Playstation. Going head to head with Playstation was a major error on MS's behave."
That is actually incorrect, if you take out Japan, MS is ahead.
Now if you even include Japan, on a region basis Xbox 360 was way stronger in the North America, and on par in Europe with PS3.
Sony should have really demolished MS with their branding, and...
@abash:
Why limit yourself to just Destiny or Halo?
Get both and be in gaming bliss!!!
In the meanwhile, enjoy Titanfalls and Watchdog. :D
websites are easier to browse to or typing emails. Heck, MS Office would be pretty sweet.
I wonder if I can use MS Office Live on Xbox One?
Which is one of the main things differentiating PC from consoles in terms of input.....
We are still at a very primitive stage in computer interaction with our input. Kinect moves it forward to the future, but it ain't sci-fi yet.
A chat pad makes sense and why not?
I loved it on the Xbox 360, and people generally wanted it to work on PC. That is how awesome the chat pad was, so bring it back!
I will gladly give you $30 for it, but preferably $20 or less! :D
No amount of power seems to be enough for developers. We are at a point in time that there are plenty of computation heavy tasks are orders of magnitudes above what we have now on even the most high end console.
Until we exhaust that, there will never be enough power.
The real question is, what new does this power bring us?
Is the depth of just more pixels on screen, and more enemies on screen with limited AI it?
What I'...
there are a lot more casual gamers than core, and PS4 doesn't have motion control games like Xbox One will have.
If you want that, there is only one console that is all in one, xbox one.
historically, not the most powerful console win, nor is it necessarily the cheapest.
I cannot for the life of me find an Xbox One in stock at any retailer near me in San Diego. I missed out on both Best Buy and Amazon.
Bummer!
I think this might be my most anticipated game next year unless we get Quantum Break, Gears of War or Mass Effect next year.
I have a feeling Titanfalls gonna be next years GOTY.
