If all you've got is an Xbox, then it's probably the only game you've played in a long time. 😎
I'm an n4g casual and even I know that mikes lemonade is a troll account. Come on guys.
Let's be honest. They recouped their costs because they sold over 8 million in 24 hours. That is a phenomenal task even for the best of games.
These comments are on fire today. 😂
Maga...zine??
Great hardware is a plus, but great games are more important, and they've got a great number of them.
And while I almost never use my Switch portable, I very frequently move it from one dock to another and really value how easy that transition is.
So no they don't need to make a console that has the same specs as PS5/Series X|S. But they could release one with newer hardware that falls somewhere between the PS4 / PS4 Pro.
User name checks out.
I remember actually watching all of the last game awards show just to find out who the next smash character was. The show itself, was pretty boring with far too many talking heads. And then there was no smash character reveal. I won't be watching this one, but I'll gladly watch the trailers that are released after the fact.
That is misleading and something a lot of people would likely gloss over.
I'd say this is the kind of the game that could get a lot of people to upgrade early, but as it stands, there are already tons of people that want to upgrade but can't find a console.
Definitely waiting for the next gen patch for this game. This pleases my backlog anyway.
I would actually argue that both consoles make it very enticing to switch platforms.
As an xbox one owner, you can purchase a PS5 and get access to the PS Plus collection including a good chunk of PS4's greatest hits. That's a bunch of quality games ready to play immediately.
As a PS4 owner, you can purchase an Xbox Series X|S, invest an additional $1 for 3 months of game pass, and play through generations of Xbox Studios games at their best.
From my observations, most people who are really good at games are also very smart.
As a casual internet surfer who largely avoids social media, I don't get the hate against Brie Larson.
Maybe there will be more actors in our AAA games?
It really depends on your situation. If you had an xbox one, there isn't much reason to get an Xbox series (yet).
However, for those that did not have an Xbox one, I know there are lot of people trying to grab an Xbox Series who had a PS4 but no Xbox simply because with game pass they can experience all of Microsoft's previous games (that they missed out on), plus whatever 3rd party / indie titles are on there for low cost.
I'm personally unde...
It's like you can't praise Sony without dragging someone else down in the process.
@RazzerRedux
"Why are you pretending to have actual Xbox numbers?"
You could insert a zero for Xbox in that equation and it would still be false. *shrug*
"And why do you think the fanbase is limited to one generation of consoles?"
Did you also want to include PS3, 360, and Wii U numbers? That seems to be silly since none of those consoles has received a new game in a very long time.
I mean, gamepass works just fine on the Xbox one. So that's not really a compelling reason to upgrade.
It's probably time for developers to stop announcing games years early (or at a minimum to stop announcing release dates) until the product is done and then they can say: "hey guys, we got this great game coming out next month"
