When they say "will be released", what do they mean exactly?
They honestly should just make Xbox live gold free and remove the basic game pass tier. This effectively closes the loophole where people get Gamepass for cheap so anyone that wants Gamepass can pay its current $15 per month, and anyone does not want it just gets free online.
It would make good long term sense and also probably get a lot more casual users on Xbox.
So much paranoia, game pass will never kill the industry because people will always want to own their games. That's like saying that gamefly killed the industry. Hint: it didn't.

This is terrible move from Microsoft and even though I originally planned on getting Game Pass Ultimate alongside a Series S. Now I may skip Xbox altogether.

Shameful. Roblox creators are crooks. They can even take away a child's purchases at any time for no reason without refund. It's happened to my son three times over the past year. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection division a couple months ago. Not sure if anything will come from it, but Roblox really should be held accountable for scamming young children.

This is why I like the 8bitdo controllers the best. They come with a rechargeable battery that can also be removed and can be powered with AA batteries. Or replaced with a better battery if the rechargeable battery loses its charge. Best of all worlds.
I'm surprised you found a 360 controller that existed before the original NES.
Rechargeable (USB-C) is best but only if it doesn't need to be charged all the time. DS4 battery life was terrible. Not blessed with a PS5 yet but I do hope the controllers don't need to be charged nightly.

Everyone I know that has played this game has loved it. It's been at the top of the Switch charts for awhile. I'm trying to wait until I finish at least one game from my backlog before biting, but might just go ahead and get it anyway.

Also a developer, there is a huge difference between losing a senior director, and losing a lead developer. A lead developer is typically responsible for a huge chunk of the game's code. The senior director is not.
