@ChristopherJack
I have been playing consoles exclusively for many years, but if a powerful PC means I can play all PS games, xbox games and PC games in one single machine... I probably won't get a PS5 as well.
My only concern would be performance, so if PS5 games are not optimized on PC at all, then of course PS5 all the way.

Still don't get why the hate on the white though, it looks freaking awesome to me.
Wow, what a dick move.
If someone say they will never do something without knowing what that something is or could be, I would dismiss their opinion entirely as they are simply too stubborn to accept anything new.
But the point is, when they announce it, then everyone would know. Announcing earlier doesn't change how much money each person has, if having PS5 day one is important, then start saving now and assume it will be at least $499. At the end of the day, if it is $599, then you are only $100 short. If the $100 extra would make someone broke, then that individual shouldn't get it on day one, period. Gaming is important to all of us here that would actual spend time to read news and comment...
I don't get why everyone is so eager to know the price though, the price will be available when we can pre-order it, what is the point of knowing it before that happen? Let the console makers be creative and try their best to keep their price lower, and all we need to do is just wait and enjoy the result.
As a PS fan, I am not even done with my current gen games, finished TLOU 2, playing Ghost of Tsushima, have yet to purchase Iron Man VR, and will try Dreams next. Enjo...
Other than better framerate, I can't see ANY of what you listed as true advantages. Largest game library and backward compatibility are point less, I have been gaming for over 30 years, I barely have enough time to finish games released this year, let alone any old games from a few years back or games that I played when I was a kid. One single Ghost of Tsushima justify my purchase of PS4 more than anything PC released in the last couple of years. Keep counting your frame rate, I will enjo...
Might as well do N64 graphic and go 1200fps
"Don't like" is ok, but some people HATE the game, they have to dig up negative articles of tlou2 daily and submit them to N4G, bomb the user reviews section on metacritic, write bad reviews of the game on every online retail store, while they have not even played the game, some of them have not even played the first or even own a PlayStation. And then go to every positive articles of the game and write "it is fucking garbage"...
There are games that...
They both are 10/10 to me. I am having so much fun with the combat, enjoying the story so far, great story telling, solid gameplay, top notch visual. Sorry I didn't cry like a baby and spread hate no stop because of a fake story.
@TommyVercetti88
It is the exact.opposite unfortunately, because how wide range of PC hardwares the games need to be run at, what you hoped for would only be possible if the game is next gen consoles only.
Sorry PC gamers. That is the truth.
I would say it is a technical limitation (flying over complex city needs really fast load time, like swinging in spider-man, or sprinting in infamous second son, speed are limited by how fast you can load, unless you want pop in everywhere), and also adds a lot more complexity on quests design because you cannot limit a player to reach a certain area by putting on a gate, since you can fly over now.
A native game for next-gen should be more than capable to handle that, be i...
@Daniel2183
You have a typo in your name, you swapped the e and a by mistake.
@Gahl1k
You HATE the game and you finished 100% of it on day 1? What is your problem? Why did you buy the game if you hate it? Why did you play it if you hate it? What did you comment about it if you hate it?
Oh, btw, make sure you get your check.
Honestly, if the story is good, that would be a bonus, but I can't wait to PLAY it, a lot of innovative features to make each combat as immersive as possible. What a shame all these gamers fighting with their on agenda to complain companies have an agenda. Gaming should be simple, if you like it, you play it, done.
Looks so much better vertically, feels like the horizontal position is an after thought.
@Veneno
The problem is not on "digital only", we just need a better "digital" license mechanism. What about making keys resaleable officially, but also making sure the developers get a small cut when that happens, then game owners can get some money out of it, developers get money from resale, and people can buy used games for slightly cheaper price... I am not an expert, there can be tons of complication to implement this, but I know a digital only future is not ...
Can someone explain to me why two restaurants have similar equipments, but in order to eat everything I want, I have to go to multiple of them?
Why can't all restaurants serve the exact same foods? Why should any restaurant serve unique foods to attract customers? Just all serve burgers and fries and the world will be a better place.
