Just be a Gamecube 2.0 and we're good... k Nintendo?
I don't trust Nintendo to make good decisions. They already abandoned Wii U owners and are trying to treat this as something big. Please don't fail this time Nintendo.
I hope that doesn't imply you're ignorant of your local laws and fail to follow them just, because you don't know any of them...
Don't care. PCs have been around for a long time. If one's not responsible enough to secure ones own machine, then maybe technology isn't their thing and they should consider moving away from anything involving technology. I'm not going to support a closed ecosystem that protects the corporations best interests just bec...
My suggestion was basically give consoles all the freedoms of PC though and how long have PCs been around?
If Sony wants to protect their OS then, well, dig through my comments history to get my views on anything pro DRM. (Hint: I don't think DRM works for a few reasons)
I genuinely don't understand why people who bought the system don't outright demand more control over it. It's yours now, not Sony's. You should have every right to do whatever you want on it. What that is is up to you though... Just don't do anything illegal or regrettable.
Just reveal the stupid thing already Nintendo...
Because it can't do true native 4K, but might be able to do 1080p 60FPS.
We're in the lands of console fanboys. It's not worth trying to argue.
Lol, EA doesn't know who they're trying to mess with.
Bad! No! Don't use logic! /s
Just because some people will use this for piracy doesn't mean everyone will. Witcher 3 and Shadow Warrior 2 are stepping forward to prove just how pointless DRM is if you make a good and solid product people want. I don't understand this corporate shill attitude that Nintendo and the other big two want you to have so you'll blindly support any victim statements they make that piracy is killing them when it becomes possible.
Also, my main platform, PC seems to b...
Wowie gee, sure am glad this game got a score I wanted it to get! /s
I honestly think that $350 maybe $300 or more will make this thing fail. Far too many Wii U owners just got left behind by Nintendo and I don't blame Wii U owners for distrusting Nintendo for that.
I bet this is going to get more PC users than PS4 users.
At least that means it may be able to support the full speed of an SSD assuming Sony doesn't mess something up.
No, more like during the PS2 era. Mandatory game installs, mandatory game updates to play online, mandatory firmware updates to play certain games and online, more and more games having game breaking bugs on day one. Consoles aren't the way they are during the PS2 era. I'll give you the fact that you don't need to fiddle around with the update if something goes wrong since the update to say the console either works or it doesn't and if it doesn't, bad firmware updates have...
Remember when consoles really were plug and play and not just watered down PCs with heavy restrictions?
Hope this thing's below $300.
