Hmmm...I think he's trying to say that good graphics alone don't make a great game, and knowing this, Killzone 2 focuses as much on good graphics as good gameplay.
And if you know what he's saying, yet find it irritating, for...well, no reason at all, then can't help you brother. :)

Probably one of the weirdest things (and hence most wrong things) he said was that "MGS4 recently touched one million"...as if downplaying lots of other PS3 games previous to KZ2 by outright lying. Bout time some one responded to that nutjob...

If your an old-school fan you may like it. But then, Resident Evil changed so much for the better that it's really hard to go back to that pace of story-telling and action again. The zombie scenes were still cool, though. :)
They'd be going up against Microsoft in that arena. It's not like before with the Zune trying to compete with the iPod - MS has already captured a fair share of the downloadable media market with Xbox LIVE.

...the same people could tell you Heavy Rain, Killzone 2, etc. could fail for the same reasons? Examples: "Well...Heavy Rain WAS made by those guys who created Omikron" or "Killzone 1 wasn't that great, so 2 won't be either".
Maybe it won't justify the humongous hype against it, but that's rarely happened in the case of Final Fantasy games (Pretty sure that only occurred with VIII, despite it's great sales, so far).
The creativity of some people is just rich. How about, "Blame Gay Rights for FFXIII's Delay: Lightning Coming Out?" or "Blame Terrorists for FFXIII's Delay: Lightning's Moves Used as Training Footage?"

It'd be pretty hard for most gamers to believe MS or Sony rambling on how "hardware is no longer important". I mean, look how quickly MS abandoned the original Xbox in favour of the 360 - simply because the HDD meant each unit was being sold at a loss. Thankfully, that's not the case for the 360 but then, companies have discontinued consoles for other reasons. example: Sega's Dreamcast.
Lol. I can't think for a better way for everyone to go bankrupt right now then to release new consoles all at once. xD
People need cool/typical sounding names to get them off. Prepares them for when the actual name is downright hilarious. example: The Revolution being known as the Wii. :D

That's what he wants? To make ideas like simple LBP Killzone 2-themed DLC being a real marketing campaign or great graphics and zero gameplay for a AAA title seem ridiculous? He uses it twice, that too intentionally - there's your proof for what he thinks of both of them.
Maybe you should complain to him directly if you have problems with his style. Or are you afraid he uses an altogether different yet not very nice style for answering criticism? :D
