I'd be lying if I didn't say that was the most awesome comment ever.
@qface64:
Yep the same one. And it was revealed for the first time at E3 2009.
So you think by outing me a contributor people accept YOUR credibility? You think finding some thing like this while all you do is moan and whine, without ANY valid reasons, why you think we have higher journalism and comprehension skills than your entire gene pool combined bolsters YOUR intelligence?
One word, pal: Bubble. Gather a couple before dancing in the illusion of importance.
I'd really love to know the algorithm Bioware used to decide who lives and dies in ME2. Apparently, you can have one disloyal person live and three loyal ones die in one playthrough, and a completely different result the next playthrough, without any rhyme or reason. I completed all those loyalty missions and yet you kill off everyone but the prick who hates me? Thanks! >:-/
...Relevance?
Whoa, I swear I told my friend, who also finished the game a week ago, the same thing. Mass Effect 2 always throws you into the action but there was something about the pacing of ME1 that just created the perfect tension, like a slow burn before the shocks. Maybe it was reducing the RPG elements and story telling but Mass Effect 1's story established a universe, cultures, languages, etc. in one go whereas ME2's story just juggled them against the backdrop of the Collector threat.
When you get into it, Mass Effect 2 is really more about the action and the team building - and of course, the final mission. That's your emotional payoff there, and it's intense, amazing, exhilarating...but it's not the ending. And man, did I hate the ending. Cliff-hangers deserve to die lonely deaths. :-/
Wow. What else will Sony tell us that we've already known for the past two years?
That GT5 will be released soon? Heyooo! ;)
And Saaking, seriously...I've seen some insecure people but the lengths you go to to gain the acceptance of PS3 fans on N4G (maybe because the rest of society has shunned ye?) would've given Stalin's cronies a run for their meal tickets.
Edit@Below: It may seem like a perfectly innocent comment but it's all he ever talks about. He ...
Heavenly Sword was the best game you ever played? AND you enjoyed Lair? Man, you've neither played a lot of games in your life or had a decent childhood. That's like...damn, I thought I had the bad childhood wrapped up at least. :(
@Cyrax:
Is that before or after my daddy beats up your daddy?
"fixed you're...sniiiifffff, OMG, this sh*t is out of this world!"
And I fixed yours. Don't thank me. Just grow some wit.
Hoping that Microsoft would be listening to your hopes is like an earthquake victim hoping God is listening to his: Touching, but ridiculous.
And no console is future proof. That's why we have Playstation THREEs.
Why anyone who spells more as "mire" and throw as "trow" would be taken seriously is a mystery.
Edit 1: Fix your spelling of throw as well. God, you have the stealth editing skills of a ninja who failed Windows Movie Maker classes.
I take it you've never heard of Lair, Haze or the PS3's first two years?
It has to be! Otherwise every one would think we're insane, right?
...Right?
Forza, GTA Episodes, Monster Hunter Online, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Halo 3 onwards and Fable say, "Hi".
Uh huh. Torrence Davis and HHG are VERY credible "insiders".
Who could forget how HHG claimed a Final Fantasy fighting game was coming to the consoles, and Bitbag's Torrence Davis (HHG's companion on the Warzone podcast) posted a "tip" some weeks ago "confirming" the same thing?

@HHG:
More interesting info? It's either
1. You, misconstruing the dev's words
2. The dev saying something because you coaxed them
3. The dev saying something just as a joke that they know you'll take (way, way, way) too seriously
4. All of the above
And before telling people not to judge your stories based on their headlines, come up with factual, non-flamebait headlines first. Then do so on a consistent basis. Maybe then you can gain ...
@Entei_7: Not now, dear. The grown-ups are talking. :)
@HHG:
I'm not sure you know this but being a video games journalist doesn't mean taking stuff and just "putting it out there". That's what forum posts by normal, non-industry insiders do. You want to fuel discussion, then open a forum. Instead, you make these videos, incite fanboys and then fake innocence.
Your SCC coming in Feb example is just one of the many stories you've done in the pas...
Well, most of it is Killzone 2. It's just that GG never really used it or didn't find a place to do so. But if it does indeed find a use, I'd love to see it in the sequel. Some great stuff they've got here - Helghan samurai FTW. :D
