Have a bubble for telling it like it is. Blasto was not a great game, and doesn't deserve a re-release.
A Vagrant Story remake would be awesome. Would also love to see a re-release of all popular Dreamcast games on PSN as well.
Exactly. What started out as yet another stick for fanboys to beat each other with has become a juicy well for journalism sites to milk for hits. I thought most of the more well known names would have steered clear of this controversy, but considering it was CVG - as it is a very respected site - that broke out, it doesn't seem likely.
And because most of us visit the well-known sites to know what's what, I'm guessing it won't be long before Gamespot, 1Up and ...
My god, if it's not important anymore or doesn't make a difference, then enough with the sub-HD and with these comparisons! This is like the 10 article in the last 3 days. -__-
@dizzleK: True. We all view only a handful of known sites as it is for reviews (and read some user reviews to add to that).
I wonder why they couldn't have just said "Critics agree: RDR is the best of it's kind". Why include "forget the sub-hd talk"? If it's not relevant or important - as it rightly isn't - then why include it?
Answer: Site is fishing for hits. Makes them look a little more awkward on their high horse.
"I disagreed because this is the forth article about it and when games on the 360 are sub HD like Alan Wake you get an average of 10 to 15 articles about it in a few days and more in the following months."
No, you disagreed because you like stupid comparisons on the same subject and are a masochist. Like, duh.
Also, Alan Wake was released earlier this month and I'm not seeing any more sub-HD articles these days. Are you hallucinating them or so...
Criminy, make it stop!
@disagrees: What? You want more of these comparisons? Masochist.
Personally, I think those guys complaining are ungrateful.
Though my friends have PS3s and 360s and I can play at their places, I have a low-end PC at home. Even if Red Dead Redemption came out for it (which it so far isn't), I wouldn't be able to play it.
Cherish the opportunity, people. Some of us don't even get it.
"Keep beating the dead horse."
I think this well might be dry. Let's keep pumping it just to be sure. :D
I did see that. The one for Brotherhood right? Man, the zooming and fleshing out of details was out of this world. Same goes for their pop block of Dead Space 2's Dementia trailer. They accurately identified the game taking place on the Sprawl before the developer confirmed it in an interview with them.
Seriously, every one else should just leave the analysis to them and stop pretending to know what they are talking about. Except GamesRadar, which should stop talking alt...
Because you telling them it has to be that way will make it that way. Uh-huh. Sure.
And there's no consumer fear, just general disinterest. The only people I see who won't shut up about Natal are those who do so in response to people who won't shut up about Move.
"I can't imagine the game being exclusive to one console"
It's not. Those sites saying so (or hinting at the same) are just trying to incite fanboys.
They noticed more things than the Respawn article did, but nope, still a lazy analysis. They mention obvious factors like set pieces and destructibility twice. Their observation of the 360 logo in the end looks to be an attempt at inciting fanboys.
Oh well. It IS Gamesradar. -__-
Palm, meet face.
>.<
Because TGS is right around the corner, right MS?
Some info about Natal at E3 would be good right about now. And I don't mean just a "We've got a separate conference" PR snippet.
Not a bad job. Hope to see more such interesting gameplay footage from you in the future.
Is that how they solved GTAIV's problems? Doubling the price? o.O
My god, the answer to everything can't be throwing more money at it. I hope to whatever saviour exists in heaven that RDR gets back it's initial investment at least. -_-
It's official: Mike Capps has multiple personality disorder. That is, if it's really "Capps" who said all this.
The Nintendo Wii's games haven't had a major jump in graphics since console's launch. If anything, it's games arguably look worse than the Gamecube's. But that does NOT decide if Nintendo is eliminated from the competition.
The PS3 and XBox 360 may have more "hardcore" (not that there's a shortage of those on the Wii - just a shortage of people who feel like buying them) and "prettier" games, but even that didn't prove the decid...
I bet the author will be checking back here, expecting all the PS3 fans to root for him and his blatant pandering article.
What a shock he's going to get. Seriously, this may be N4G but even the readers here have their limits on the amount of stupidity that gets posted.
@disagrees: Well, all but 2 people on N4G. :P
Your Donkey Kong? Diddy Kong? Dixie Kong?
