What? One glitch that will be fixed once it is brought to the attention of MM. How is this a major blow to Sony or MM.

Of course, Gears 2 looks incredible. The first was, and this has the number one spot on my wishlist. If hadn't just bought LBP and Fable 2 I'd have bought it on launch day. :)

You forgot about L4D.
I'm don't think this doesn't use the U3 engine, as we all know it doesn't work very well on the PS3. Why make an exclusive that uses it if they know, chances are, it won't work very well.
Might be wrong though, but kind of stupid if it does use the U3 engine unless it is done really well.
Oh yes, because a glitch in a game is completely unheard of.
Every game has it's glitches.
For instance, Fable 2 is plagued with glitches, but is still a great game.
LBP is a new IP.
From a small and unproven developer.
With a different concept to other platformers.
Of course it won't sell shocking amounts. Sales do not make a game good either, and look at LBPs metacritic score - 95. Outscoring Gears 2 and Fable 2.
LBP is one of the best games I've played.
"Ownage" is not being able to play LBP at all.

We already know this. Sony already know this. Some random blog won't make it happen any sooner.
Can't blame IW IMO. Treyarch are basically releasing CoD4 with different maps, and taking the credit for it.

Mature and educated? Incredibly arrogant. Getting pretty worked up now for someone who is "mature and educated", sorry, but in that respect you can boast no advantage over Juuken.
And uhh, R2 and L4D are different games. L4D has zombies for starters, and R2 is more all out warfare. True, there both FPS, but they are still very different games. Just because you like one shooter doesn't mean you'll like them all.

IMO, this year, neither console has really been an outright winner. Next year though, the PS3 has a very strong chance, as the entire year is stuffed to the brim with great titles, with many more unannounced.
Not bothered about this game. Looks ok. If it gets great reviews I'll put it on my Xmas list, but at the moment it's vastly trumped by Gears 2 and R2.
Similar to Fable 2 and other games I guess.
Could go either way. If they spend time on it, I think it will likely turn out great.
One to watch IMO.
