If the PS3 has inferior hardware, why are games like LBP, Killzone 2 and MAG only possible on the PS3? Surely, if it's hardware is so bad, these games wouldn't be on the PS3, and would be on the 360, or at least a multiplatform.

It's sales, I just want to play the game. It's a whole new genre from an unproven developer, it's expected not to do incredible. And how on earth is 30k in a day in one country bad?
I'm actually doubting whether this person has actually played the beta, or at least the latest version.
1.Unbalanced weapons - No. I find it's got some of the most balanced weapons of any FPS going.
2. Bugs. Lots of bugs. - It's a beta. Most of the bugs have been fixed now anyway.
3. 60 players online creates confusion. - A bit yes, but it's easy to see who's on your team and who isn't, and it also makes for some of the most fun I've had on a game ever....

Only joking. I think R2 does have the edge on graphics though, but neither are exactly jaw dropping.
No chance against either of them. A lot of people from the beta say CoD5 gets stale quickly, I'm not in it so I wouldn't know though.
CoD5 will sell well, but it's really just another multi plat on the list. In general, Xbox owners are hyped for Gears 2, and will buy that over CoD5, and PS3 owners are hyped over R2 and will buy it over CoD5.
It's not even out in Europe yet. You fail.

You missed my point completely.
If your HDD does run out (my 20GB Xbox HDD only has 3GB left), you have to buy a MS one for a high price, at set sizes. Whereas the PS3, you can buy any 2.5" SATA HDD and it will fit fine.
And believe me, when you can install things, you will. And you also will run out of HDD space quickly indeed.
