The enviroment looks like MAG, the character animation looks like MAG, the weapons look like MAG. This trailer shows fuck all actual third person gameplay and could easily just be a trailer for MAG.

A lot of the DS's success came from marketing it to adults with their brain training games always being advertised with over actors like Patrick Stewart. It did a good jon of convincing them to buy a DS but would that same userbase buy a 3DS for the improved graphics and 3D effect ?
That said they arent going to buy a NGP either but i dont think that the 3DS is going to be anywhere near as successful as the DS.
a touchscreen cant function as a fingerprint reader - that would require a completely different piece of hardware.
