Nope
your not missing much
Can you imagine Metal Gear 3 ?
there you go then.
dosnt need to be ported - sony have already said that the NGP will play PSP games and Peace Walker is already on the PSN store.
This
Snake Eater and Peace Walker have shown there are plenty more stories left to tell in the MGS universe.
Thats kinda true but Retribution is itself an expansion pack and there is nothing on the disk that couldnt have been done as DLC for the existing DOW2 games -its the exact same engine.
Its just a different business model. Anyone who owned a previous DOW2 game that buys retribution is still paying for a couple of new character models and maps. Its DLC dressed up as something different, just like Activision release COD reskinned year after year when it could have been DLC - t...
Very generous, thanks man
Your talking shit - The AR games do have mandatory controls and require very considerable movements like physically walking around a table with an AR reference card on it.
Ive tried it, they are demoing them in most large HMV stores in the UK and i had the exact same issues as the author. The 3D effect is cool but 3D + motion controls suck.
Good review.
Im still on the fence about buying one of these. It looks cool but 40 bucks is 40 bucks.
I never realised fractured meant shite.
I do and it dosnt
I totally agree, retards are gonna love this game
DOW2 is a completely different game to DOW, at first I didnt like it since it was such a radical departure but now it is my favourite RTS.
Much more depth and strategy to the combat than DOW.
The guys at GG who write campaign storylines, design levels etc arent the same guys who add the code that allows the game to run in 3D, so your theory about the 3D element subtracting from the rest of the game is bollocks.
Its got a classic no respawn mode as well for the hardcore players so you can play the game however you want.
not really seeing as a second analogue stick still gives you free fingers for using shoulder buttons, whereas it uses all your fingers just to hold a stylus.
Granted they might have made it work in The Conduit but that dosnt mean its as good as a dedicated analogue stick for camera.
Silly BritBrag.crom
right, thanks for clearing that up.
For a minute i was kind of worried that it was indeed because of this statement but now i know its due to "other things" i feel much more re-assured.
Well its kinda quirky and something that is easy to understand which is what Nintendo is known for. Its the kind of thing a kid could show their gran and say "look gran there is aliens floating around our living room" and she could look at it and instantly understand the game - thats Nintendo.
As for turning up the 3D then it dosnt make a difference. The fact that the 3D effect has a slider is quite strange because the amount of slide is miniscule, maybe 0.5cm and...
Move works great on Resi Evil 5 - obviously you cant polish a turd but playing it with Move is definitely better than using the pad.
