I honestly think that Rockteady are working on Batman Gotham City for next gen. There are loads of hints in Arkham City that Scarecrow is out for revenge on the city and Batman, plus he knew Batman's true identity. They will have all the original cast for that I'm sure.

Exactly. NO ONE bought the WII U because they thought it was powerful. But it is still a lot different to what the PS4 is and the XBOX will likely be similar to PS4. Meaning that WII U is a perfect addition to either one of those, because it is different enough from the competitors that I can see myself using it even when PS4 is in my room.

It's not that though, it's just that for quite a lot of fans who didn't have game cubes, the game is now pretty expensive and some-what rare. It's not about whether its better than the original, it's about adding it to their collections.
And even so I'm sure most people are at least curious to play through it. I mean it's a remake of one of the best games of all time.

Anyway to be honest while its kind of cool having MGS2 things and visuals it does kind of take away from the aesthetic of the original. The shoot out with Ocelot for example is obviously a lot easier when you can aim in FP view.

Knack does prove something about the PS4 lineup though, it is really varied. Decent racer, decent FPS, puzzle games, platformers, action / adventure.
All they are really missing is a sports game.
... It's only half hour of a 10 hour story with multiple endings and dynamic plot twists.
Even if you watch it, doesn't mean that is how it will play out for you.
