Which console is the best? DREAMCAST mofo!
Good price, but it's STILL not quite justified. Looking at the list of Move enabled Games, Sorcerry and Heroes on the Move are the only two that interest me thus far. I would much sooner play KillZone 3 with a DualShock and I have no intention of replaying Heavy Rain any time soon (though granted, it was pretty good).
Yeah because teleporting knife attacks are strategic, thoughtful and require skill....
If you think it is, then you have some nerve to call anyone delusioned.
The thing with the MGS series (and almost all action / story driven games, for me) is the replayability. Sure it's epic the first time such and such dies or such and such returns but the 2nd... Not so much. With MGS the gameplay and visuals, are always superb but my main incentive when playing them is to see what happens next in the story, I dunno where i'm going with this but it's just never the same when you have already played through it. Even God of War III which some say is t...
.. And in other news, I just ate a hame and cheese toastie, it was good but I don't think I left it in long enough. I usually burn it a bit for that satisfying crunch. Yeah, I don't care how much the next COD sells lol, although I do like COD it will not be dragging me away from Test Drive Unlmited 2 this fall at all.
And: that picture is epic! I recently saw the film actually on Blu Ray, it's hella good and you should watch it if you haven't because it's ...
Personaly, I don't think MW2 is a good example on the basis of being hard for new players, I have put considerable time into it and it seems to me that I do good fairly often but there will be times when I suck at it. No shooters are really that hard to get into, just aim and shoot (or in MW2's case, just shoot). One recent example I can think of, Split/Second (Racer), it forces you to only use cars you have unlocked in the single player campaign, so for new players who jump straight ...
That's quite an inspiration I received. Old? Maybe it is but not everyone (like me) has seen it before, and it was a joy to see.
The thing with these TV channel things on VidZone is that they are not even TV channels at all. Their just pre set playlists that loop and you can't rewind / pause etc unlike a normal playlist... I don't see the point in them. They don't even change daily either, it's just once a week as far as I know :/. And then there's adverts when flicking through songs ugh, VidZone is ok but there are still more conventional alternatives and they work with more countries too.
Yep without games to support it, this feature is pretty hit and miss but yeah i'm expecting at least any exclusives to utilise it
Maybe they disagreed because you are putting down a good (not to mention free) feature, and assumed that everyone who has a PS3 also owns a PC... I mean yes there are better video editors on a PC i'm sure, however as I don't currently have one I can appreciate that my PS3 now has a video editor/uploader of some sort. Yes it's limited now, but they can add stuff to it don't forget and that plus more games supporting it would be pretty good.
As it is, it's a tad lame I agree.. You can't even upload / edit videos that were put onto your PS3 before 3.40. But I am sure that some games will put it to good use, like if you could save videos of gameply to the XMB from killzone 3 for example.
On another note: I am sure the update said you could upload photos to yet I can't find the option anywhere? :/
If you go into the PS Store, you can now rate each piece of content. And the overall rating from the community is dsplayed when you highlight something. Far out lol :)
Yo' Mama.
Most games, if not all that I buy on day one are really big ones that I have been waiting for for a while and know the date of.. Why would I hype a game up and wonder when it comes out if I then do not buy it day one? And also, I can afford to buy them. Even if you wait for a price drop, it's usually not a whole lot cheaper and you have waited years to save yourself what 10-15 english pounds? Ehhh thanks but no thanks. I suppose only being 18 I don't have much else to save for right n...
If they must make more, I just want Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 remakes. Will be great for any MGS fans, especially those who still haven't played them yet.
It was the start of the departure, MGS4 seemed more action and less tactical to me, compared to the rest of the games.
And in regards to the article: He is not, untill he interupts an award speech that has nothing to do with him, (which would be pretty hysterical to see, admitedly)
Since I don't live in Japan, I am not too bothered if it is a bit cheaper or the deal is different. I think the price for it, here in the UK is just fine for what it is anyway.
I am sure the tech will improve further though. Even if not in terms of graphics / visuals then in features and gameplay components at least.
The first one seemed to jump between good and bad. Some bits I enjoyed, and others were just boring me. But overall it was pretty good, and I will give the sequel a go.
About the time that people started paying ridiculous amounts for a few extra maps and re hased ones :/.
And no I wouldn't pay to play any FPS online: I feel that the original £35-40 (or in some cases even more) should warrant me full access to anything that the game can offer.
However, you can leave it to the Call of duty fans to happily pay extra for absoloutely anything that activision may want to (over)charge them for.
