Yep and SE announced (sort of) a new Final Fantasy during the PS4 reveal. Doesn't necessarily mean it will be exclusive I suppose but still...
Yeah that's one thing I do like about Sony's consoles, even the fact PS3 had Wi fi built in, I didn't use it when I first got my ps3 and was using Ethernet but now I have it I wander how we lived without it and am grateful for it being there in my ps3.
It's neat that they plan ahead for things and are continuing to do so.

I think its a safe bet to assume they will be. Especially of the console gets delayed here in the UK like the PS3 did.

Wii U is a next gen system.
Nobody bought a WII U thinking "I am sure this will produce better graphics than the PS4!" if you STILL don't see the point of the WII U, you never will and as a gamer, I pity you. It must be a shame to only play games with mind blowing graphics while missing out on other great gaming experiences. Should we not play GOW: Ascension next month since it is releasing on PS3 which isn't as powerful as PS4?

KillZone introduced close range knife kills in KZ3 where if you were close enough it triggered an animation. I thought this was just expanding on it, giving it more context where it can be executed.
The main guy seems to be wearing a suit similar to the Helghast who run at you with blades in KZ2 (I forget what they were actually called) which would also explain the addition.
True but God of War 3 was a few years ago now but I still think that is one of the best looking games of this console generation.
I think it depends more on the type of game and who is developing it. I mean Ratchet and Clank on PS3 is already beautiful and that was in the launch window I believe.

I love my 360, PS3 and my Wii u. I would have a gaming PC if I had the room for a desktop rig... Unless anyone reading this can recommend a decent gaming laptop?

I dunno they said it won't play PS3 games natively... I'm no tech head so I could be missing something but surely it wouldn't play Blu Rays and then not play PS3 games which are Blu rays?

I've yet to get Ascension, but it looks to me like the reason it isn't scoring quite as high as GOW3 did is that it isn't as "epic" as GOW3 was.
It seems to rely more on an actual plot rather than viciously killing enemies the size of mountains.
