I actually agree. As a game it's not fun, as a story it's fine, but I wouldn't give a game a 9 or 10 when I don't enjoy playing it.
So its great except for when you need to actaully play it?
The 4th time around with cutscene, shoot, puzzle, climb, move dumpster, climb some more got boring fast.

I agree with this review. I might be in the minority, but I am not having as much fun as everyone else. The game is groundbreaking for visuals and storytelling, but the gameplay seems to get in the way, feels dated and for me isn't all that fun. Uncharted was one of my favorite series ever, but the 4th time around just isn't doing it for me from a gameplay perspective.
I don't go to uncharted for amazing gunplay, but I thought it would be a step up from the PS3&...
People do realize this is ONE persons opinion of the game, and the reason METAcritic is a thing right?

So only reviewers who will give a game a high score should review a game. Kind of a problem in games media since almost every game rates 7+. Guess almost every game is good. That said uncharted 4 is not a 4 of 10.
I was finding that the animations much like assassins creed got in the way of where I actually wanted to go. THe gunplay is ok. But overall I didn't find the game play engaging the 4th time around. Climb, move dumpster to climb more, shoot stuff, heres a jeep. LIke I said, still my favorite series of all time, but I don't think a fourth was needed. Uncharted is still my favorite series of all time. But with the release of 4, halfway through my playthrough I had enough. The visuals and character development are groundbreaking, but I just don't find the game-play fun anymore. It feels clunky and loose.

It's optional, but for those complaining about frame rates and resolution here is an option for them.

Do they because last time I checked windows 10 was installed on 300 million + machines than can also play games? The hardware lead is a shortsighted fanboy way of looking at it. Sony would give it's first born to be financially healthy and have it's OS on 300 million devices.
