The Dreamcast was/is an awesome and innovative console. Unfortunately, it was a year or so before its time and people found comfort in Sony's PS2 instead. A future generation Dreamcast would definately make some people happy and excited but I don't think it would be marketed on the same level as the PS3 or XBOX 360.
