You've been the first post on a lot of 360 stories today. You must be a huge 360 fan.
I was hoping for a little bit more in that video.
Exactly. I think they dropped it more for gameplay reasons then technical issues. Besides, they need something to add to the sequels.
Hope I still get to use him in multiplayer.
You're pretty excited aren't you? I think it's great how you can put Gears of War up on that pedestal next to Uncharted and Metal Gear. You really do know a great game when you see one.
After watching all those gameplay vids, I couldn't imagine 4 players running around doing all those crazy combos. There was just no way. One guy could clear an entire room in seconds.
This game is a really big deal to me now.
Somebody took my stapler.
We must keep the hype for this game at a reasonable level. We don't want it to outsell that other game coming out around the same time...
I welcome a 5 year life cycle for 360 as long as the new one is backward compatible. And I want the option to use my old controllers this time! You hear me Microsoft? I must see these new RE5 screens.
I wasn't expecting online multiplayer at all. I want to build my own vehicle.
Remember, everything you do here has a massive effect on what happens in the real world. Each one of these articles propels PS3 sales and sends the 360 closer to it's doom. Keep these comments coming, you're almost there...
You are not popular with a certain group of people. This game looks a lot better than I was expecting. I'm looking forward to it now.
It's ok for me to download extra outfits for a game like Folklore on PSN, but when I download extra outfits for Ninja Gaiden 2 on Xbox Live I'm bending over? Extra costumes are nice, but they have nothing to do with the actual game.
Microsoft is going to roll over and die. I'm sure they don't have any price drops planned or any more games in development. Microsoft is known for being a complete failure when it comes to business. These thought provoking comments have me completely convinced...
That's why it won't sell as much. I know people who refuse to play it because they refuse to use a block button. I personally find Ninja Gaiden 2 more appealing. It's cool that both systems have a big game coming out at the same time. No need for jealosy.
You know you guys want to play as aquaman!
After playing this one I don't think I'll be able to go back and play the old one.
So any game that comes to PC(making Microsoft even more money) doesn't count? lol. Then you would have to lose all your hypothetical games. Only officially announced games.
They don't own Silicon Knights, Mistwalker, or even Bungie anymore, but those companies are making exclusives for them. Capcom kept Dead Rising exclusive, meaning the sequel will probably be exclusive. Outside of Sigma, Team Ninja games will stay exclusive. I can make a 360 list just as long and just as impressive as your PS3 list. Then there's E3. HOME is not a game btw.
Until the year is over and we can look back on all these games and determine which system had the best lineup? Most of these games are proven franchises, but they can still under deliver or even get delayed. I like how you automatically assume Microsoft has nothing planned for 2009. Since a lot of their games are on a 2-year development cycle, and a lot of their big games came out in 2007, I wonder what that means for 2009? Hmmmm...
Japanese support was nonexistant on the original xbox, but now they seem to have just about everyone on board. I wasn't expecting so many jrpgs on my 360.
