in terms of software that quite honestly I wouldn't mind if FFXIII was left off the list.
You know for fact we're going to see:
1) Resistance 2
2) Motorstorm Pacific Rift
3) Killzone 2
4) LittleBigPlanet
5) inFamous
6) Home
7) Socom Confrontation
You can pretty much guess the superises will be:
1) God of War III (Probably a teaser trailer)
2) Team ICO Project
3) Heavy Rain
4) Sony's &quo...
That enlight of all the positive Playstation 3 news the past 2-3 months, it seems like people are trying to write moronic articles (like this one) to slow the momentum...
I mean, it's a pretty bold statement to say that Playstation 3 users are unhappy if they can't play online. Except me, who's been a Playstation 3 owner since launch, works 6:30-3 days and looks forward to game from 3:30-6/7. I'd rather have maintinence now than on the weekend. Anyone disagree? Who has a job?
Because I read half that article and it was moronic...
I'll be completely honest, I've never played one second of any of the previous Metal Gear games. I even have a borrowed copy of MGS3 that's just been collecting dust. In fact that MG1 (I think?) cut-game in MGS4 was the first time I ever laid my hands on it and to be honest I was pretty impressed with the gameplay/controls.
So yes you can say I'm a little confused at some of the cut scenes or mentionings of certain characters in MGS4. Come tomorrow, I'll be all caught up.
...
Free MGO Beta?
Special pricing?
Kojima Q&A?
What more are they holding off on?
But I have a UK account created...Does that mean I'll be able to get in it without going through the hastle?
I hope so
Looks like my inability to not waste money on new expensive tech is starting to pay off. As if my iPhone needs more use
I suggest downloading the newest 1UP Yours Podcast where Shane goes on a nice 30 minute rant about his experience over seas. It's completely amazing. Obviously he's under the same restrictions of all the other editors who were along with the trip but he did add this...
There was a "test" at the end of every level asking each of the editors what they liked/disliked. This leads me to believe that Konami is going to use the feedback to further perfect the game.
The more it makes me want to actually purchase UTIII for my Playstation 3. I've been holding off for quite along time, but seeing Master Chief on Shipment (COD4 Map) and now Snake has me grabbing for my wallet
Insomniac and Sony opting to give GTTV Exclusive rights to the first Resistance 2 Trailer before anyone...
If anything I figured they'd save it for the PStore redesign or even possibly as late as E3 for a complete unveiling.
Either way it's win-win for me
EDIT: It just occurred to me that the Ratchet & Clan PSN game hasn't been "Officially" Announced yet, that could be it.
Which next gen console did the 360 have to compete with its first year on the market? Not the Wii...
And read the recent post about "Pushing For Alpha", perhaps that will explain your poor graphics
About a month ago over on the Official Playstation forums, this guy came into the 'Playstation Lounge' raving about Sony's next huge thing that would be monumental to the gaming industry. Obviously he caught everyones attention and I decided to read it out.
He went on to state that Sony is creating this online street fighting game, where you go anywhere, join up with anyone, and fight them for bragging rights. You create gangs, you fight other gangs, etc. I dont know about the co...
but after constant delays I'm passing up Haze.
The new COD4 Map Pack will hold me over until GTA IV. GTA IV until MGS4. MGS4 to Socom Confrontation. So on and so forth...
Sorry Ubisoft
Socom has those too. Demolition, suppression, breach (my favorite), escort, etc. Kind of makes me want to pop in S2 for the night. Oh the memories
Imagine the COD4 experience 6 years ago. Both games are nearly identical but I'll give the edge to Socom because it surfaced first and revolutionized online clan-based play for me. To sum it up, its COD4 but in 3rd person, tons of clan options and the ability to play any map/game type you want
Socom 3 wasn't horrible. I loved killing fields and a few others, it just wasn't as good as Socom 1 or 2. The main reason I continued to play it was solely because of my clan. And the fact that code 9 had finally started to surface on Socom 2
Slant Six has vowed to bring back the classic feel while keeping 32 players per room. I understand that in this next generation of gaming everyone believes "bigger is better" but in some cases it's not.
When I put in MGS3 to see if when highlighted there was some sort of option to download onto my HDD.
Silly me thinking Sony would allow us to do so :/
for continued support for Warhawk. As fun as it was, I stopped playing after a month of my stats not recording and haven't really been an avid player since.
