Well to be fair Foxtrot just doesn't really care about it, that's not fanboy category. Fanboy category is saying they support Sony's stance on it.
Ignore this title then because Fallout 5 is coming, so is Elder Scrolls VI and Starfield. All of which will be single player.

It will be interesting to see how the old games still hold up. I think the game was groundbreaking at the time but now it may be too tedious to play.
The games started to get away from the early games too much and became just action pieces with a bit of puzzles thrown in. It almost became an Uncharted game with crafting. I would like more exploration and good puzzles.
How do you add consistent updates and keep the game fresh unless you are online? This is what some kind of neglect and that is they want to create a world now that involves other players and the interactions going on. Then they take that feedback and what works they improve on, what doesn't they remove.

So how does that argue against what I said about an untapped market when you just admitted it's slow but growing? That's really the same thing so I'm not sure why you or someone else decided to disagree with me.
China is still an untapped market though. One of the reasons why Sony can claim this is because they have taken other markets more seriously now while still trying to hold onto their roots in Japan. You notice a lot of their games don't come across as region specific either which really helps on a worldwide scale. The only real weakness I see is maybe a aaa JRPG type game but today you need to market globally.

She would if they allowed her to have full control of the story. I think she bumped heads with one or both of the lead hands at Naughty Dog. One of them has now left so who knows. I get the feeling she doesn't like the pressure and long hours of AAA game development.
