The PC is destroying the Mac though, it's not really a competition.
For me the x1 has the better current exclusives and better ones to come (for me), better online and ui/services and (despite what peeps say) a better controller. The PS4 has the more powerful console. For me they are both lame so far though, I think I will boycott this generation it is so bad.
Can't say I'm even 1% surprised, it was a sure thing, not that certain fanboys saw it that way but it's good they will shut up now.
Maybe it's the best game in a genre but saying it's anything more than that is moronic and flamebait. For me Dark Souls 1 destroys it in every way that matters, in gameplay, it also helps that it takes longer than 10 hours to defeat it (60 hours tops, 100 if you explore a lot) It's also infinitely replayable and has a mp that people actually play.
It's all of season 1 and a fighter from season 2 (TJ Combo) all for the low low price of $20, not much to complain about really. The game is excellent too, just wish it would come to the pc as I'm not buying a "next-gen" console anytime soon.

Clearly you are not acquainted with the other Bungie AI's Cortana and Guilty Spark, both have emotion and both are infinitely better than this crap. Special mention must also go to the truly dire multiplayer announcer, again Halo did it far far better.

You just know it's real home will be on pc, they have only announced the ps4 version so far because Sony are yet again throwing lots of money at a developer, they are doing that a lot this gen for whatever reason. It will come to pc I guarantee it.
Heck the Brutal Doom mod is good looking enough for me, it just needs to be 60 fps minimum, fast paced and visceral like that, that's what made Doom 1&2 so great too, that and the excellent sound effects and music.

That's because they have built in upscalers as do most consoles and other devices, most dvd's upscaled to 1080p look barely worse than native 1080p movies, the difference is negligible at best.
With tv 25fps is enough, but with games we need 60 fps or more for most genres to have a smooth and responsive experience, the difference between 30 and 60 is enormous. Evert game except for turn based games on next-gen should be 60fps or more.

I really hope that Ken Lobb oversees more games using Rare IP's, he has done an excellent job with Killer Instinct, imo the only game worth getting a next-gen console for till Destiny comes out (really hope both come to the pc).

Really hope this comes to pc, 30 fps is so last-gen. Developers are aiming for 1080p because it makes great headlines, the difference between 1080p and 900p for example is negligible at best. A real gamer knows that 60fps adds a lot more to gameplay than a higher resolution.
