Ds2 has the best pvp of any Souls game, what are you talking about?! In every other way it pales though.

So if a mid range gpu on pc (I own one, it's really top end of the mid range) can run a next-gen game on higher settings, then the next-gen consoles are even weaker than I thought.

Yeah the other spartan is clearly NOT a girl, it's just a more futuristic and much more sleek mjolnir armour. Maybe it's Master Chief's (armour) replacement or perhaps the game will have two main characters, who knows.
It was fantastic but it was missing something for sure. I missed 50% at least of the narration because it was spoken during intense action scenes. The combat and rpg mechanics were shallow and lacking. It was an unforgettable experience because of the gfx, narration and music, but as a game it was merely ok.
Yes Killer Instinct is a much better game, Infamous has more polygons blah blah lol, it's not as good looking though and that is an unmitigated fact.
As a neutral pc gamer I agree, the X1 has the better games so far that's for sure. Killer Instinct alone is far better than anything on the ps4 so far and Ryse is the best looking next-gen game. They are both lacking AAA games though, again the X1's release schedule is looking a lot more interesting too. We'll see if that changes after E3.
I'll buy the inevitable steam version, looks sweet.
Yeah I'm a pc gamer and I'm on the same page tbh, when both consoles have a decent amount of AAA games and they get reduced in price a bit, (especially the x1, which also needs to sack off the horrible Kinect) then I'll take the leap into this generation of consoles.
Win 8 ui sucks for sure, the backend is pretty state of the art though. I'm gonna wait for win 9 though which will hopefully have the best of both worlds.

The x1 is a joke currently, I know it's hard to be objective but Microsoft dropped the ball and they don't appear to be picking it up again.
Don't think the ps gets off lightly, the ps4 is a lovely piece of tech but it doesn't have a single game I give a crap about, the x1 at least has Kill...
