Obsolete for me anyway :p I don't intend on getting the steam box btw, I just intend on installing the free steam operating system on my current pc to make games run alot faster.

It has to be said, the x1's design is downright horrible and credit to Sony where credit is due. I won't be buying either console though, when Valve releases the steam os, consoles like x1 and ps4 will be obsolete. There's always room for a truly dedicated gaming machine like the wiiu though (the ps4 fails in that regard too).

DR is a little lower than I thought but is reviewing well, defo a good launch game.

I think Killer Instinct is an unfair review though, it should be reviewed when all 8 characters are released and the other modes too, otherwise I think I'll be accurate.
Eurogamer mentioned the shading was more detailed in the x1 version so your opinion is moot.

It's defo the best looking next-gen game on launch, that's for sure.
I have 8 megs and I see absolutely no reason to go any faster than that honestly, I can stream movies in 1080p with no problems and I doubt I will ever download full sized games digitally as I can get hard copies for way cheaper on amazon (no tax here in Jersey). It helps that I live alone and I'm not using wifi I suppose.

Defo worth more than 85% that's for sure, game of this generation for me I reckon, I'd give it at least a 95%, it's a shame many people let the difficulty put them off such a masterpiece of a game, as once you get used to the game it becomes more than manageable.
Killer Instinct is far better looking though, shows you how overrated 1080p is, 60 fps is far more important.
