60 fps+ is far more important than 1080p+ resolution in a racing game (and several other genres) and yet they chose the latter yet again in a "next-gen" game, ugh...
Tech wise the pendulum is very much swinging from Japan to South Korea, you'd be wise to take notice.

Demon Souls was only harder because it was your first Souls game, go back now and you will breeze it most likely. I never felt there were any cheap deaths in Dark Souls tbh, for me it was a far better designed game.
Do you mean the Drake on the bridge? You don't have to fight it at all though!
Iirc there are only two dragons in DS1, The Gaping Dragon and Seath The Scaleless.

I played this game on the 360 originally, I recently re-bought it on the pc for a cheap price and oh my it looks pretty much next-gen with all of the settings turned up oO. Get's me excited for the sequel :)

I'll tell you what's robbery, the fact that in the UK (and it's worse elsewhere) we often pay a third more for every game than you do over there, time the roles were reversed really, with the way your economy is heading into calamity (your countries debt exceeds $100,000,000,000,000, that's 100 trillion btw) and Obama only making it far far worse, it will soon enough. Then you will hopefully realise how good you had it and that $75 for a crowdfunded beta is actually quite fair...

If I buy a PS4 it will be for this game, I will wait till it comes out (hopefully the console is cheaper) and more AAA exclusives are released before I do mind, I'm 37, I'm nothing if not a little more patient and a little bit poorer than I used to be!
Yeah don't get me wrong I finished DS2 and it took me 75 hours so I must've had some fun :p But yeah it wasn't up there with Dark or Demon Souls, definitely made by the B team, I really worry that they will continue making sequels to Dark Souls, with each one getting worse and further from Miyazaki's original vision, I hope I'm wrong.

These developers need to play less Assassins Creed/The Witcher and more Dark Souls, there's no excuse for a poor combat system anymore.
No they didn't buy Frontier and no they are not the guys that made Roller Coaster Tycoon, they are the guys that are making the new and awesome looking Elite Dangerous, I wouldn't be surprised if they announced it as a console exclusive for the X1 at some point though.
Don't forget so we can play with a framerate above 30, 60+ is a bare minimum for an action game imo.
