I agree. The damage system was a little odd. Between Killzone 2, and F.E.A.R 2, which one are you guys more excited for?
Although I'm not looking forward to it the most of all the games on the list, I am looking forward to Cross Edge. It looks like an interesting JRPG.
I think a ten minute time limit would have been a little more reasonable. I played it a couple of times last night, and I'm still undecided as to whether or not I'll buy it.
I'm very sensitive, and your disagrees have hurt me, therefore you will get the same.
(I'm being sarcastic, but I will disagree out of fun, because this site is full of good times with the agree, disagree feature)
I'm not saying that it's not annoying. I'd rather be able to skate for as long as I like in the demo, but by enforcing the time limit, it may make people buy, or rent the game just so they don't have to deal with the time limit.
I thought it was rather intelligent. The demo is pretty much telling you that if you want to continue playing without a time limit, buy the full game.
I'm almost certain that it's on PSN.
The Xbox 360 is capable of great graphics as well. Also, there is no denying that Xbox Live is superior to PSN right now.
The "single player vs multiplayer" article has been done before. Single player isn't an advantage that either console has, because they both have great single player experiences. However, the Playstation 3 is capable of better graphics, while the Xbox 360 has a better online service.
That's interesting. If Indigo Prophecy were a better known game, the media probably would have had a fit about the amount of sexuality in it. Remember the Mass Effect nonsense?
I hear that game praised alot. It's also known as "Indigo Prophecies", right? I never got around to playing it on the PS2. Is the sex explicit?
There is nothing wrong with sex. It's odd that the United States, and Canada doesn't mind extreme gore as much as a womans vagina. Last time I checked, most ladies have vaginas. Breasts as well.
More than likely most games with sexual scenes get a large edit to make it acceptable.
Also, game developers probably edit themselves before making an overtly sexual scene knowing that it wouldn't receive and M rating.
A "Halo killer" is a game that a person enjoys more than a Halo game. There is no game that can be called a "Halo killer" as a fact. It's a matter of opinion as I've said many times.
I wrote about the long history that Halo has, and it's immense fanbase as contributing reasons why Sony may not have a first person shooter franchise that will surpass the popularity of the Halo series.
Personally, I do not believe in "game killers." Jus...
Who proclaims one game to be better than another as fact? It's a matter of opinion. For example, Killzone 2 may have better graphics than Halo 3, but it's up to the people playing to form an opinion on which is the "better" game.
The Dark Knight, and High School Musical 3 are different genres so there is no direct comparison. A better comparison would be Ironman and the Dark Knight. Both are popular, and neither kills the other regardless of the Dark Knight doing better in the box office.
I appreciate you taking the time to read my article. In my opinion, there isn't much of a difference between an 8, and a 9. People enjoy different games for different reasons. Like I said in the article, if reviewers agree that Killzone 2 is better than Halo 3, then that's their opinion. Other people may still enjoy Halo 3 more because of the specific maps, guns, controls, etc. My point is that no game is better than another unless they suffer from severe technical issues. In some cases, peop...
The point of the article is that calling any new game a "game killer" is silly. The Halo series is established. It has many fans that await new games in the series. It will not be killed until Bungie no longer makes a profit from it.
Everyone has a different opinion on what is a good game, and what is a bad game. Read the Dead Space vs Silent Hill: Homecoming portion of this article.
In my personal opinion, I prefer the Resistance series as opposed to the Halo series. How can anyone deny that the Halo series is going to be remembered as video game history? It's like saying that a new sci fi film is a Star Wars "killer." It's already a legend. You can't kill it.
What makes this list a joke? It's only coming into February, and there are already some excellent games coming out.
