Donkey Kong is a pixelated gorilla, good sir.
Jason shares little resemblence with real life gorillas.
You must admit that he is the emodiment of Donkey Kong, though.
No one ever said Donkey Kong wasn't a handsome chap. I suggest looking at the second and fifth pictures in this article.
The resemblance is uncanny. People that hang out with him must feel that they are in the presense of a gaming icon.
I suggest that you look again, good sir. The eyes, the wide smile and especially the large flared nostrils all attribute to this man being the embodiment of Donkey Kong.
Also, his hands are like mallets.
I agree. I suppose it's easy to forget a company that rarely publishes games of the RPG genre. You're obviously talking about Valkyria Chronicles.
I love RPGs. My personal game collection wouldn't be the same without them.
Remember. You can just edit your comments.
On a side note, Folklore was a pretty impressive game, and I love the art style for Odin Sphere, but I haven't had time to play it. I've been far too busy with other games.
That's a pity. It's an excellent game, but you have to remember that Final Fantasy 7 was released over 10 years ago. The graphics are pretty bad by todays standards, but it's still a great game.
This is probably why fans are clamouring for a remake. It would be nice to play the game with modern graphics.
You should really find some used copies of Final Fantasy 7, 8 and 9. After playing them, you'll understand why it was so shocking for Square Enix games to get 7's this generation.
Final Fantasy 9 is my personal favorite. The graphics may be archaic, but the gameplay holds up well.
There is supposed to be a demo of Final Fantasy XIII on the Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children Blu Ray, so when that comes out, I'll write a demo impressions article on The Nightly Gamer.
I'm also excited for Star Ocean: The Last Hope. As a big fan of JRPGs, and the series in general, I will review Star Ocean: The Last Hope for sure.
I respectfully disagree with most of what you've said, however I do agree that Level 5 and especially Atlus are amazing companies for RPGs.
I suppose it goes against the opinions of most, but Final Fantasy 9 is my favorite of the PS1 era. I though 7 was great, as well as 8, but I loved the unique style of 9. It truly feels different than all of the others.
I'm worried that FF XIII is going to be too similar to the last couple of games.
It certainly looks good, but I wish Square Enix would adapt the art style a bit. I am one of the few people that thought Final Fantasy 9 was an awesome game with an endearing art style. 7 and 8 were unique as well, but since 10, it all looks the same.
You're entitled to your opinion.
You have to remember that Ocarina of Time is the first Zelda game many gamers had ever played, though, so it's not like they were super upset that Majora's Mask was set in a different place. I think the darker vibe of Majora's Mask may have turned a lot of people off, and like I said before, the hype around Ocarina of Time was so great that many fans may have just tired of the formula. If you look at Majora's Masks ratings, you'll find that it w...
I don't think it's that Ocarina of Time set the bar too high, rather since Majora's Mask used the same engine and had the same kind of gameplay, it wasn't "new and exciting" like when Ocarina of Time launched. Most people including myself played the hell out of Ocarina of Time and probably beat it a few times, so by the time Majora's Mask came out, it was all too similar.
No, my friends and I played a lot of Super Smash Bros. during the Nintendo 64 era, but if you go back and play it, then compare it to the other games mentioned, it's not that great. Super Smash Bros. Brawl is the only one in the series to achieve greatness in my opinion.
I respectfully disagree. In my opinion, the games on this list are the best available for the console. Zelda: Ocarina of Time is only remembered to be better than Majora's Mask because it came before and had more hype.
Golden Eye is an first person shooter excellent shooter, but couldn't make the cut.
As for Mario 64, the article explains why it's not on the list.
I remember enjoying Pokemon Snap when I was younger, but I don't think it's anywhere near the best game available on the console.
You have succeeded in making me chortle. However, I stand by this list.
Perhaps to you, but not on this list.
You misunderstand. Killzone 2 is the only Playstation 3 exclusive released in February, 2009.
It's all in good fun.
I apologize for upsetting you greatly.
