"Nintendo's next home console." Straight from the N's mouth. And these mention it also:

Okay, now I like the idea of where you're going with this, and you know my view on this article from what I said above, but what I'd really like is the research study that handed you this bit of data. We can't just talk back at a badly-written article with non-cited information.
Skittle, Dubal-E is mistaken about something completely different. Wii U *is* a new console. The problem is that it will be *more than* (I wish we had bold or italics here!) $250, not that it'll be $250. If it were $250, that would be somewhat reasonable given what we know, but as I'm saying above, we don't know enough yet.
Simplicity and low prices, DigitalRaptor. Wii and DS were relatively cheap upon their release. Nintendo has been tight-lipped about every hardware spec, and the price that would be attached to that hardware. If something comes out that only slightly tops the PS3/360 in visual quality, but is as pricey or more so than those systems, it's just not going to be attractive to PS3/360 gamers.
It's also not going to be attractive to gamers that already have a Wii that thei...
It's a joke, people. It's so subtle about its sarcasm that people are actually agreeing with the thing.
...right? It's a joke article, right? Because I sure wouldn't want to be the author that used 2 pages of Girlfriend Magazine (apparently the "Celebrity Edition," nonetheless!) as the only evidence arguing against 50% (or possibly a little more than that) of people age 18-30 playing video games. If I were being serious about something like that, ...
Or Outland... where on Earth is that game?
Yes, and they allowed smaller developers to do what they wanted to do without a ton of overhead - hence why we've hardly seen anything from the Shin Megami Tensei world on any of the large consoles, but saw some amazing stuff on the DS, along with the Etrian Odyssey series and The Dark Spire.
There are some hidden gems among Wii games - ones that I'm much more happy with than your latest military shooter - out there that no one paid any attention to also, and it's...
Have you played Rez yet? If not, check out Rez HD on the 360 or the original version on Dreamcast/PS2. That's pretty much how the gameplay will work; the art style and music are much more important for me.
Has anyone read the actual review for Infamous 2 yet? Here's the link: http://www.next-gen.biz/rev...
If you don't want to net Edge any hits, here's the lowdown: They completely hate Cole's character and think he's a conglomerate of recent pop culture, they think the story is paper-thin, they like the first half of the game much better than the second, and the moral comp...
After the demo, I'm convinced that El Shaddai will be amazing. I was really happy about the art style in the small amounts of screenshots and low-quality video I'd seen of it before, but seeing this thing in action is another beast altogether. It runs at a smooth 60fps, it hardly has a HUD at all but still works, and unlike many current Japan-developed titles, much of the dialogue takes place during gameplay. I'm thrilled, and I can't wait.
Child of Eden lo...
El Shaddai demo! Everyone, pick that up, and if you like it, tell a friend. It's looking like that game's going to get zero publicity in the non-geek world, and if it's good, it'll need our help.
Yeah, that has Spaceworld written all over it. Site editors, be cautious. I know that's asking a lot, but hey...
How did I switch bump and pump? Well, I caught it. Fist bump!
Updating as we speak - it's a big one, folks!
I'd give it a D for Dudebro, but "Fist Pump" bumps it up to a D+. Totally better than Skittles.
Last Guardian? Last Guardian? Where is it? Oh, let's wait past the Vita stuff. They'll have it at the end. Okay, the $249 price point is awesome.
Wait, nothing after the Vita? Nothing? No Square? No Rockstar? Konami? Kojima? Gabe? Mizuguchi? Anyone? Anyone that isn't related to Eve Online?
Nope. Taiko players. Taiko players who are really, really pissed that they had to play over a techno montage. And then Mix Master Mike, tweaking like the...
I can't wait! The connoisseur's fighting game is about to arrive...
Ha. Got it. There's a list out there that shows Lumines for PS Vita or whatever it's going to be called, so yeah, that's probably one of them.
Well, one is Child of Eden. That's Q/Ubisoft. Yes, it'll be there again, both to demonstrate the final version of the Kinect-focused version, and to show off what it's doing with Move.
Another is Lifelike. That seems like it's only for the Move.
There's something else in development, and I'm guessing that it's a 3DSWare title, given their success in the past with DSiWare (Digidrive, Reflect Missile/Trajectile, etc.)
Letter grades, man. An F is a score below D-, so anything from 59 downward... no matter what Metacritic makes of it. The reviewer even hints that it isn't a broken game technically, it's playable, but it isn't a passable experience overall due to the content. I wouldn't call that a 0, I'd call that around a 30-40. Which is an F.
