One of PS3's major plus points was the fact that you could take any make of hard drive and slot it in, MS were lambasted for making proprietry hard drives forcing you to buy MS devices (i know there is now a workaround).
One of PSP's major flaws was the use of expensive Pro Duo memory sticks which were far more expensive than the industry standard SD cards etc (I think i spent more on upgrading memory cards for my PSP than i did on the initial outlay for my PSP)

Finally an Everybody's Golf game that may get some trophy support too. It's like waiting on a bus at times, you wait ages for one to come along, then two show up at the same time (PS3 & Vita)

And browser functionality like the iPhone/Smartphones have. Expanding parts of web pages by dragging your fingers across the screen etc must surely be implemented, and a touch screen keyboard for text entry etc

I'd agree, and was one of the big selling points of Modnation Racers, so i'd imagine this will be a big feature of the PS Vita version too
Trophy support to go along with COD 4 would maybe make me repurchase. Still the best COD game on PS3 before the series was run into the ground

On PC we can download even more full priced games than on XBL, but it still doesnt change the news that the US PS Store is changing how its content is presented.

I'd agree with grailly and Eric Barrier, i'm also a huge MS fan but between this and Apocalypse, they seem to have lost what was great about the franchise.
Still willing to give this the benefit of the doubt though as i loved RC ProAM and Micro Machines. Plus the 2 versions for the price of one.
Playing on Vita against PS3 players is still not confirmed though. You'd think they would have made this an essential feature

Back on topic, I'd prefer to see them upping their support for MAG first, the game is crying out for a new (well priced) map pack. At least three new maps for Domination mode rather than a new game mode would be most welcome

Maybe now we can start looking at some of the issues as to why people shared content. Some people have made reference to "the good old days" of lending games to friends etc. Todays era suffers greatly from insufficient quality control, countless planned DLC packs, day one patches etc. And all for an initial outlay of around £50. As an example, if you take COD MW3, It's £80 if you add on the price of extra maps etc. Is this value for money?

It's sometimes referred to as speculate to accumulate, do you not see the value in spending $10 if it will eventually save you $20. Granted there is a lot of useless stuff given away free with PS+, but if you add up the savings on DLC, games etc, then PS+ more than makes up for the initial price.
I just hope the people running the European store can take what the US store does well and implement some changes.
The game kept crashing on me at the same point when I tried it before, so I'll probably have another go at this version when it comes out. A very interesting concept and was implemented well, particularly with the move controls added.

Portal 2 deserves every award it gets too. Wonderful game with great humour and puzzles like a few have already said

I was extremely disapointed with what i have played of the DLC so far. I thought i was going to be an extension to the original story. The original game and story mode were excellent

RDR definately deserved every game of the year award it may have picked up.
I dont know about it being the best R* game (Vice city and San Andreas take some beating) but its definately better than GTA 4.
Pity the multiplayer element is not as good as the single player though

MAG is a fantastic game, but think its concept was far better than its implementation. I think BF 3 will have a stronger community of clans which will make the 64 player games a lot better.
MAG suffers from the fact that too many people focus on their own individual battles and dont play it as a team game in the way it was intended.
Hopefully Zipper will learn though.MAG 2 or some free maps for domination modes would be more than welcome
Yes, and like i was alluding to, it wasn't the construction of a memory card (Pro Duo) that allowed this, it was the anti piracy (or lack thereof) relating to the memory cards and the PSP that allowed this.
Sony could easily have taken an SD or XD card and beefed up its security rather than introducing their own more expensive versions.
