I enjoy getting them but don't do anything boring to get them (like collect 500 items).
The games amazing, it's just sad that the best game is a remaster of last gen.
I respect devs that try and get the most out of a system.
Sadly the best exclusive game is still TLOU Remastered.
Finally, I've have quality games to play over the summer. I will get both Witcher and Batman at launch.
Rocksteady Batman Games are among my favourite games of all time, so launch day for me.
That's not that much considering the sales of the previous version and the fact that PS4 version would likely sell more.
If a publisher get $20 from a $60 sale and it only sold a 500,000 on PS4 then they broke even nothing and lost a lot PS4 fan mindshare and goodwill for nothing, which could resonate across other Square games.
The last Tomb Raider sold very well so $500,000 is very modest. I hope they got 40-50 million for the lost sales and goodwill.
My two most wanted features:
Suspend/resume;and
APPEAR OFFLINE!!!
JC and Lord have mercy it's almost impossible to play a single player game these days without rejecting a close friend. No matter what it just ruins the gaming experience. Feel bad or not play the game you turned on the system for.
I would really love to try out holo lense.
That's complete bs. They sold psn subscriptions based on the promise of a free drive club. I really hope someone she's them for fake advertising.
I'd love to be able to appear offline. It's so annoying that anytime I want to just relax an play a single player game, I have to either reject invites to other games and be the ahole, or unplug my LAN cable.
No unless it's a phone
I love cutscenes they aren't the problem. A lot of great game rely on cut scenes to tell engaging stories. Apparently the Order didn't use them properly.
While I much prefer being able to swap a harddrive than connecting an external one and having it sit around my entertainment centre. Sony should allow users back up their drives like on PS3 so it's easier to install new drives.
To constantly reassure themselves that they made the right purchase and dispel any anxiety that the competition offers something they want but can't have.
Most games that aren't RPGs that are longer than 20hrs are very repetitive. What they could do if they want to bloat length like other games is add hundreds of collectibles and add a expert mode that's only unlocked after beating the game on hard. Although, I like when games do the latter.
Sony's failure to deliver on the promised plus version after this long has made my fondness for Playstation division go from 9/10 to 6.5/10.
When I get this game for 29.99 it will finally be finished.
Regardless of where this game falls on the meta, the fact remains that millions of people will play and love it.
It may not be the Citizen Kane of games but sometimes people just want a pretty blockbuster that showcases next gen graphics with an entertaining story.
That's a horrible idea, every publisher would just list 100 plus hours because depending on how much you like a game, it potentially has a limitless play time if you play it over and over.
I much more likely to replay a short game multiple times (5-8 hrs) than a long one (50plus hours).
All that matter is whether the game is good. Any game can be bloated.
